Throughout, he was very accommodating, allowing access to my architects and tradespeople even prior to completion to allow me to make the necessary judgements for the renovation. I would highly recommend his services.

16th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)I second everything what's been said about Jo and Hallway! Jo wasn't our agent ( we were buyers ) so we were on the other side of the chain, but from the day she showed us around the house till completion day she's been on fire. Sometimes taking a simple information from solicitors took a life and a half and Jo was chasing each side like mad hatter. Whenever I needed an update or wasn't sure with something she's been on the other side from Monday till Sunday. Very patient with us first time buyers. Explained everything, always with details and even after completion she continuesly been there for us. I was feeling cared for although she wasn't even our agent. I am truly sad it's over and I won't have a laugh with this woman anymore ???? Love her sense of humour!!! Highly recommended
1st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a great experience with AZ Real Estate (especially with a real estate agent Darya), who helped me buy my first home in London. It was my first experience in this area; therefore, I had a lot of questions. Darya from AZ Real Estate was with me from the beginning to the end when I received my keys. She was extremely helpful and always answered my calls/messages within minutes which made the whole process less stressful. Due to some problems on the seller's side the final step was delayed; however, Darya did everything to speed up the process. I would certainly recommend AZ Real Estate if you are looking to buy a new property.

Stephen and Fari both knew the property intimately and were both very knowledgeable insightful and helpful. The whole process could not have been smoother.

23rd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)We are writing to share our deeply disappointing experience while interacting with someone in this agency egarding the property in Northfields/Ealing. ( I do not want to give the name of the agent but internal people will know) As first-time buyers, the process of purchasing a home is already quite daunting. We were hoping for a professional who could guide us, or at the very least, treat us with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. From the outset, communication was extremely difficult. Our emails were ignored altogether. This lack of responsiveness was incredibly frustrating and made us feel like our interest was not valued. Furthermore, when we did manage to communicate, this agent's attitude was consistently dismissive and snobbish. Before even discussing our financial position, we were met with comments implying the property was "not for us" and condescending questions like, "Well, do you even have a budget for this?" This behaviour was not only unprofessional but also deeply insulting. We felt pre-judged and belittled simply for wanting to view a property. We found a property we wanted and purchased it via another estate agent but want to address this now to ensure future clients, especially first-time buyers, receive the professional and respectful service they deserve.

Not only did they find the perfect family to buy our home of 27 years but they were there 24/7 to solve any problems that arose during this stressful process. Any call at any time was not a problem, they were there, not just on the phone but personal presence, which was amazing..again!. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but Alistair guided us through the entire process with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Communication was always prompt and clear.
