I've been a client of Tate for more than fifteen years. I can't fault them. It's a small team but an incredibly responsive and effective one. The firm has been on the ground in Battersea/Nine Elms for more than two decades so they know the area better than any competitor could ever hope to. From a personal perspective Tate understands my property and my priorities more than a larger agency ever could. This gives me peace of mind: I know that my needs and the needs of my tenants will be met promptly at all times. I also know from experience of other agencies in London and elsewhere that they are great value for money. I would heartily recommend Paul and the team.

He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!

24th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.
7th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)I knew Barnard Marcus had an agency in Peckham, it felt local. Liam (Small), the Manager, immediately booked an appointment to visit my apartment to discuss the sale. Liam clearly knew the building, knew the figures for all recent sales of apartments in the building. I was certainly invited to discuss the price at which I’d like to sell the flat. It was clear that Liam and Barnard Marcus knew how to sell online. All very professional, a price was set.

24th May 2024 (1 year ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

They were helpful, honest, and never pushy, which made the whole process far less stressful than I expected. No pressure tactics, just clear guidance throughout and even support after completion. The whole team's professionalism, responsiveness, and end-to-end service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They are highly recommended and trustworthy.
4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

We chose Kenyons as we wanted a family run estate agent that cared about finding the right person for our property as opposed to just chasing the commission!<br>Last year we decided to sell our 3 bedroom family home as we were down sizing and we did not hesitate in giving the property to Kenyons. We were constantly updated with viewings and feedback (we didn't have many to be honest) and when an offer was accepted, the sale went through smoothly and quickly.<br>The whole team at Kenyons have gone above and beyond to assist with both our rental and with the recent sale of our property.<br>If you are looking for a highly motivated, caring and professional team, then I highly recommend Kenyons.

They were professional, proactive, and clearly knew the local rental market extremely well. Within a short time, they secured a reliable tenant who met all my requirements, and the whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout — I was kept updated at every stage and never had to chase for information. They made the entire process stress-free, from marketing the property to referencing and final paperwork, everything was managed seamlessly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to let their property. Truly a 5-star service, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

23rd Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I recently completed the sale of my property with Shakir at Lyss Homes, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. From the outset, Shakir was excellent. He advised us throughout the entire process and is clearly very knowledgeable about the market. We were exploring both a full sale and the shared ownership route, and his guidance across both options was invaluable. Ultimately, the sale went through via shared ownership, and his expertise in that space really showed. In an industry that can sometimes have a bad reputation and questionable tactics, Shakir is the complete opposite. He is honest, transparent, and genuinely focused on doing the right thing. He took the time to thoroughly walk me through the process, was always available to answer questions, and adapted the approach when needed. We reached the final stages of the sale on one occasion before the buyer pulled out at the last minute, which was understandably frustrating. However, Shakir remained positive and proactive throughout, helping us regroup and go again. It got quite nervy towards the end the second time around, but he was instrumental in keeping momentum and ultimately getting the deal over the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shakir or Lyss Homes and would absolutely work with him again in the future.

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
