Beyond just the paperwork, they provided invaluable advice on current regulations and other compliance requirements I wasn't fully aware of. Their expertise saved me a lot of stress and potential legal headaches. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and proactive—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to any landlord. They are clearly experts in their field and deliver their service with a personal, professional touch. Excellent communication throughout.

They really supported us with our first rented property in London and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. Louise deserves a special mention, her customer service is genuinely outstanding. She’s always been so responsive, kind and helpful, and just really easy to deal with. It makes such a difference having someone like that on the other end. We were also lucky to have a really lovely landlord, which made everything run even more smoothly. Overall, we’re leaving with nothing but positive things to say and would 100% recommend Miles Estates. Thank you again for everything!!

7th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)Absolutely disgraceful experience with Century 21 in London, specifically dealing with Sabir. We were effectively discriminated against for having a child. We were told that the landlord had a “bad experience” with tenants who had children previously, and on that basis, we were not even properly considered. That is completely unacceptable in this day and age. Since when is having a family a reason to be rejected? This is blatant bias and feels like outright discrimination against people with children. Instead of assessing us fairly as tenants based on £250,000 per annum income, references, and suitability they judged us purely on the fact we have a child. Sabir handled the situation terribly. There was no professionalism, no attempt to support us, and no effort to challenge the landlord’s clearly prejudiced stance. It felt like they were completely comfortable going along with it rather than doing their job properly. Families should be treated with respect, not excluded because of someone else’s past experience. This agency seriously needs to review its practices. Would not recommend to anyone especially if you have children.

Stuart and Jason always quick to respond, helpful throughout the process, and very proactive in keeping things moving as quickly as possible. Their communication and support made the purchase much smoother. I would happily recommend them to others looking to buy or sell a property.

Daniel’s approach was strategic, he was pro-active in directly contacting the buyer and skilfully guiding the deal through to completion, expertly foreseeing potential issues and finding solutions. Daniel has been consistently highly communicative, helpful and realistic throughout the sale and I have felt that I am in very safe hands. I am grateful to Daniel and would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend. Put simply, without Daniel, this sale wouldn’t have happened.

He was highly professional and clearly very experienced, guiding us confidently through every stage of the process. We felt completely supported throughout conveyancing, as well as helping us understand aspects of the surveys and even helping to support with our own chain. Josh kept everything on track and made the process feel extremely smooth and stress free as there were aspects we wouldn’t have been able to deal with ourselves as first time buyers. We couldn’t recommend Josh & Madison Fox enough!

We decided to rent the apartment during the first viewing. We were a bit late but Robert waited for us which led to this successful transaction. The reference check process was seamless and any required fixes to the apartment were attended to. Highly recommended.
