2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very happy with the service we received from Patrick Gardner, and Sarah in particular. We were not local so it was great that they were happy to deal with potential buyers, including taking meter readings on the completion date, and providing access to the company we were using to clear and clean the house prior to completion. Two negatives. the first was that the clearing and cleaning company, that they put us in touch with, let us down. They did say that they would not recommend any particular company, so shouldn't affect their review, but we did suggest that they took them off their list. Don't know if they have. The second was that they were a bit pushy about having a sale board up. As we were not local, and as the house was vacant, we were reluctant to advertise that the house was up for sale, particularly as, being at the end of a cul-de-sac, there was no passing traffic.

From the initial viewing all the way through to collecting the keys Maxine was on hand to support us, always contactable and kept us updated throughout. During what was a stressful time for us, we really appreciated the level of service we received and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this branch to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling. You made the process much easier for us. Thank you for all your help throughout. Suzanne, John and Amelia from our new home.

25th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Property was on market for a year had two prospective buyers who pulled - Once Perry ( Branch Manager Sutton ) took over with his expertise and knowledge property was soon put back on market - was sold in three weeks by Thomas they both worked as a team guiding me through the steps of a Probate Sale - Communication by way of phone calls/Emails was second to none Sale went through within three months they worked hard for me. Thank you both Perry & Thomas - Christie’s Sutton is highly recommended by myself

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is a horrible letting agency. They took all of our deposit, the entire two month deposit. £2500 gone. They WILL exploit you. They will take your money. I even paid close to £300 on the professional cleaning service that this good for nothing agency suggested. We paid all of our rents on time, all bills on time. Kept the property like we were living in our own home. If you are unfortunate enough to have to take a house with them i suggest you do not engage with agent called LUKE PEGG. if you are hearing from this man they will be taking your money. I hope this agency goes out of business. No one reads comments but if you are reading this AVOID SAMUEL ESTATE AND LUKE PEGG. Scam, exploitative, unprofessional.

7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

10th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)POOR MANAGEMENT and failure to provide Full tenancy file including the documents of All referencing documents or confirmation that none was sought Guarantor documentation or confirmation that none was sought Inspection logs or confirmation that none are available -one after 9mths-much damage to the property All compliance certificates and dates of service -failure to issue the correct and necessary documents to the tenant resulting in a void section 21 Complaints handling records - failure to respond to complaints Internal notes relating to the tenancy Copies of all communications with the tenant They redress scheme membership details - YET TO KNOW IF THEY BELONG
