29th Jan 2019 (7 years ago)Throughout a very long and complex sale with lots of issues and potential deal breakers, Richard kept us updated and encouraged. He was always prompt to reply to messages by phone or email. He was always honest and upfront, managing our expectations and delivering difficult news appropriately. With a different estate agent we might not have had the energy to see the sale through. Robert played a similar role throughout the initial part of our sale while we kept having to re-adjust the price in a very tricky market. These guys are the real deal, the opposite of a dodgy estate agent cliché, they know their stuff and genuinely care about their clients.
11th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I just went there today and was greeted by a grumpy woman who said she was in customer services. I needed to go there physically after not hearing back on an email I sent days ago. They took my details again so let’s see what happens but so far the service is awful.
22nd Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Purchased a flat in Peckham with help of Foxtons estate agent. Whist it was a complicated sale, George remained positive, proactive and helpful thought the whole process. His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.
19th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Everytime I enquire about a property for sell this agent is advertising. The first question they ask is 'Do you have a property for sell'. They take all your personal details and at the end don't give a date for viewing. This happened on several occasions, I have now stopped enquiring. I believe this is a fishing tactic to get peoples information and if they can find a person who is looking to sell. I would not ever buy or sell a property through them.

27th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)Very grateful to Stuart and Lewis at Bromley Property Company. They managed to sell my mother's house in less than a week for the full asking price. A very impressive feat given how tough the market is for sellers at the moment! They're extremely helpful, friendly people to deal with and did a great job of liaising between my mother and the buyer. To top it all off, their fees are much lower than most local estate agents. I'll definitely use Bromley Property Company when I sell my own property. Huge thanks, Stuart and Lewis!

29th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)I was selling an empty property so after a few people said the main bedroom was a little small I had to suggest to the agency to add furniture in the photos so people could Visualise how big and how much furniture you could actually fit in the bedroom. So after that was done the viewings picked up and I found a buyer .

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!- 26th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)I would not recommend originally rung up and told there were more than one interested in property and that X was was best option as he had the money in place and was just waiting for money to arrive from parents. He put in an offer and asked me to take it off the market for two weeks so that he would have the money and we agreed on around 25 Feb on the basis that this would be a quick sale and was expecting that contracts could be exchanged by the beginning of May. I signed my part of the contract on 7 may and after that constant false promises about X being ready to exchange contracts - do not know who was lying client X / client solicitor/estate agent but it turns out X had a flat to sell and that there were problems with the lease on his flat and after many false promises contracts were not exchanged until the beginning of August. At the end of the day I do not know who was lying but had I known at the outset that he had a property to sell then I would have considered the other interested parties and their offers and had I known in early May he had issues with the lease on his property I would have re marketed the property On 31 July 19 days before sale was told "you will now begin to hear from our Sales Support Manager, Sandra. She will introduce herself shortly and will be your primary point of contact moving forward .......She will be in touch regularly" I did not receive any call from this lady at all regular communication with the estate agent was also far from perfect on occasions with calls emails not returned/replied

Andrea and her team are relatable, professional and very communicative all through the process. Lorraine is exceptional, even on her day off she would still be in touch with updates! All very nice people and I have already recommended their services to several other friends. 100% recommendation from me.

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
