12th Nov 2025 (27 days ago)I had a terrible experience with this agency. I felt cheated. In 2023 we rented a property through them. It was a nightmare; the property had mold and dampness, and the heaters didn't work. In 2024, the contract expired, and when the inspection was done, the girl from the agency said they knew the property had many problems. I was shocked. I sent several photos to prove the amount of mold and dampness.

We have had a very pleasant experience with W&D and although we hope not to move anytime soon or again, it was made very smooth and easy for us by them. They responded to us quickly, liaised with the sellers nicely and we are so glad we ended up buying with W&D, as the estate agents because everyone who worked there was so lovely. The main people we used were Paul Dunne and Lloyd Collins. Lloyd was amazing at the negotiation and Paul was so efficient the whole way through. Thank you so much for such a nice sales progression, only 8 weeks since the offer was accepted, it has taken us it’s been so quick!

Olivia sat us down and listened to our reasons for needing to rent even though she did not deal with lettings. Olivia showed professionalism and booked us an appointment with Danny from lettings. We came back and met Danny who also showed professionalism and found us a property. Cannot fault them. Thank you

Jay and David, supported by Fiona, were exceptional throughout what turned out to be quite a complex move due to the nature of the freehold and provided many challenges for the buyer and seller. Thank you to Jack, Dean and Jason for keeping me informed and being very professional, polite & courteous. Would have no reservations of recommending them to handle any property sales.

25th Nov 2025 (14 days ago)We have used Kings Property in the past finding tenants for our rental property but this was the first time we had used their services for sales. Again, the service that we received from James, Tracy, Callum and the team was excellent. After perseverance from them, a buyer was found! The after sales service was great - we were kept up to date with everything and the minor hiccups were sorted out quickly by James enabling the sale to proceed to completion. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kings Property to any vendors or landlords. Thanks guys!

From initially meeting Matt at the property and visiting a few more times with Josh they were both fantastic and very enthusiastic! Then Lorraine progressed the sale and kept everything going as it should and we were very grateful for her chasing up everything to get it done as quick as possible. Great work from the whole team!

30th Sep 2025 (10 weeks ago)I truly couldn’t recommend Nick & Holly enough, we had our house on the market for 10 weeks with another agent after a recommendation form somebody, although we had used Patrick James to buy our house before by week two of being with the other agents we were kicking ourselves by not going back with them straight from the off! After being in contact we decided Patrick James were the only way forward and low and behold our house was sold within a week of it being on the market with them, through their own hard work of caring and making the effort to sell for us. They are always there when you need them especially in the nervy few days before exchange. They truly are a very well run small business and very lovely couple to go with it. Keep at it guys, honestly as we have said before we are very grateful, and would recommend you a million times over.
