From the very first moment I approached them to sell my flat in St Johns Wood, they showed real commitment and care, always making sure everything was handled efficiently. Jessy Kattar, the sales manager, went the extra mile, not only in managing the sale process but also in stepping in during some quite complicated legal matters. Jessy worked closely with solicitors, helping to resolve issues, keep communication flowing and ensure the transaction moved forward without unnecessary delays. Not to mention that I was very impressed with how she handled the negotiations with confidence and professionalism and ultimately achieving the best possible price for my property. 18th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received. I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. My friend who purchased the sofa says he will not be returning to your shop. He was also quoted one price for delivery of £50 which on delivery was £85.

I went to him with my vision to buy my dream flat and there were so many complications as well but he took the time to understand our needs and delivered on promises. Seif is such a gem if you want someone helpful and reliable, I’d recommend him only. He even helped us to sort our Stamp Duty problem.His communication was excellent—attentive, timely, and honest. There is no doubt in my mind that without him, we would not have been able to complete our purchase. He went above and beyond to make the sale happen even driving hours to deliver physical contracts to lawyers. Through the ups and downs of a house sale and purchase he continued to be communicative, patient and delivered unparalleled quality of service (again, he was not our agent).
