29th May 2026 (22 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Aaron. From the very beginning, the house was presented beautifully. The photos and video were excellent and really showed the property at its best. Aaron organised an open day which brought in over 30 viewings, and the level of interest he generated was far beyond what we expected. Most importantly, he achieved a sale at £30,000 over the asking price, which we were absolutely delighted with. Throughout the whole process, Aaron kept us fully updated and was always available whenever we needed him. One thing we particularly appreciated was that he was our sole point of contact from start to finish. He personally hosted all the viewings and dealt with everything directly, which gave us a lot of confidence and made the whole process feel much more personal. Once the offer was accepted, everything moved incredibly quickly and we completed within 7 weeks. We would highly recommend Aaron to anyone thinking of selling. He worked extremely hard for us, communicated brilliantly, and delivered a fantastic result.

27th Jan 2026 (21 weeks ago)If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.

From the outset, Mo was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaged with the matters I brought to him. What set him apart was not just his competence but his thoughtfulness: he had a real grasp of the underlying dynamics of difficult situations and gave advice that went well beyond the routine. When I needed to make a difficult operational decision, Mo handled the transition with grace and continued to offer his support even when it no longer benefited him directly. That kind of integrity is rare. If you are looking for an agent who will treat your property and your interests with care, Mo is the person to choose.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

Each time we knew Charlsons had our best interests at heart. They acted with professionalism and good humour throughout. It was a good day for all when we completed. I heartily recommend their services.

5th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)We've just bought a house through Alexander Rose Estates and honestly couldn't have asked for more. Smooth from first viewing right through to completion. Tobias and Irina were both brilliant - thorough, quick to respond and on top of every detail. They kept us in the loop at every stage, chased things before we even had to ask, and made what's normally a stressful process feel easy. Their local knowledge of E20 is brilliant too - they know the area inside out and that made a real difference in helping us find the right place. They even put us in touch with solicitors who were just as good to deal with - and the whole thing went so smoothly, which isn't something you can usually say when buying a property. Genuinely professional, honest and a pleasure throughout - felt like we were in safe hands the whole way. Can't recommend Tobias, Irina and the team highly enough. Five stars from us and a big thank you for getting us into our new home.

3rd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)When it came to selling our home and finding our next one, Sadek promised he would get the job done, and he delivered on both! Writing this review from my new home with a cuppa! We decided not to go with one of the large national estate agents and instead chose Just Moovin because we wanted someone who would genuinely care about our situation and the journey my family and I were going through, rather than just being a target or KPI. Looking back, it was definitely the right decision. Our chain was long and complicated, with numerous issues further up the chain causing delays, but throughout the whole process Sadek was brilliant. He kept us updated regularly, chased where needed, and was always communicating with solicitors, other agents and anyone else involved to keep things moving. It genuinely felt like he left no stone unturned. Buying and selling a home can be stressful, but having someone proactive, honest and committed made a huge difference. I can't thank Sadek enough for all his hard work and would highly recommend him and Just Moovin to anyone looking to move.
