He was responsive, transparent, always on hand when needed and got our sale over the line. So yes I would highly recomend using Bigmove

This company do not vet their landlords or care for tenants welfare, I’d strongly advise you steer clear.<br><br>They lumbered me with a psychotic landlord, and Instead of dealing with their own dispute with her, left me to deal with an ugly situation they caused in the first place.<br><br>I had to move out just to get away from an unhinged landlord who was constantly harassing me, and Portico did not step in to help me with any of it. The episode caused me and my family untold distress, affected my mental wellbeing and cost me a fortune.<br><br>I spoke to the so-called 'manager' about it and all he cared about was grabbing a tidy profit from the situation. Even the staff said the landlord was 'trouble' but i'm the one that took the hit.<br><br>Don't listen to the positive reviews, if things go wrong they will leave you high n dry.<br>Bad people, bad company, don't grace them with your custom, save yourself and go elsewhere.
27th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

We were even more impressed and grateful that when dealing with our purchase, she quickly jumped in and helped when things fell quiet! Super knowledgeable, super efficient and super friendly. 8th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Right from the first meeting Kimberley and her team were open, honest and transparent in all our dealings. In a difficult market we were having 2-3 viewings a week- all of which were undertaken by Beresfords staff. They answered emails promptly and were very welcoming when we popped into the branch for updates. This is the first time we have used an estate agent in 40 years and the experience has been good and when 'challenges' have come along the team have been very helpful and kept us in the loop.
