13th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Moved into a property managed by them 2 days ago. Issues with the flat that were promised to be fixed by the time I moved in were not fixed. Broken windows, dirty flat overall and on top of that the shower doesn't work properly. They sent someone on the friday who did not fix the issue. They said that someone would contact me to arrange a visit on Saturday and it did not happen. Now it is a sunday and I can only hope that I can have a decent shower on Monday at least.<br>It looks like it will be a long tenancy....<br><br>Turns our they did send someone yesterday just didn't tell me the outcome until I contacted them today.<br>Making it even worse a whole pipe work will need to be done in the flat and I won't be able to shower in the meantime!<br>How would you let someone move into a flat that is not ready for basic needs??? This is inhumane. Might need to get citizens advice involved as Kier Hawkins ignores questions about compensations or solutions for the meantime. Appaling.<br><br>Update: going to the 6th day without a shower in the property I just moved into with no alternative offered in the meantime.

10th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Ellie, the agent was punctual at every viewing and didn't rush the viewing. She was very friendly and welcoming. Any answers she didn't know she said she will put it all in an email. She found all the properties that most matched our requirements and always communicated well by telephone and email. I would recommend this estate agent at Kings Chingford.

John's initial consulation and valuation of my property was conducted with honesty openess and enthusiasum, with exception local and market knowledge.<br><br>Once we took the decision to list the property, Coultons moved quickly to get excellent pictures and create a fantastic listing. The bookings for viewings were delp with professionaly and flexibly, and we enjoyed a sale of the property to a excellent prospective buyer represented by Euan who always represented the interests and requirements of both sides of the transaction.<br><br>Throughout the conveyancing process, John and the team were very proactive and responsive to ensure the process kept moving ahead. If we required advice, John and Euan were quick to respond with honest feedback and excellet knowledge.<br><br>Upon exchange - Coultons were quick to present their readyness to all sides of the chain ensuring that exchnage took place smoothly.<br><br>I would highly reccomend John, Euan and the Coultons team to anyone looking at buying or selling a property in thier services areas.

1st Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)I had such a seamless referencing and handover experience with Docklands Estates. Moving house is usually stressful however this time the least stressful part was dealing with the Estate agents. They went out of their way to make it as hassle free as possible for me and judging by the other reviews, this seems to be the ethos. It’s very refreshing . I moved a month ago and that level of service has continued into my tenancy. They deliver a very bespoke style service where it’s not just a sale and you’re forgotten about. I would like to give a special credit to Laila who has been managing my property. She has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect and honestly I can’t thank her enough. Things aren’t always perfect in a move, but Docklands have always been there and at hand ready to help and resolve if I’ve ever had any potential issues on my side, rather than me stress out or feel alone handling it. Other estate agents could definitely take a leaf out of their book. Everything is also handled with the upmost professionalism which I like, but with a friendly tone. Thank you Docklands, and Laila for your hard work and doing what you do ??

27th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

20th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I cannot recommend Alexandra Rose Estates highly enough, from initial meeting through to completion we felt fully supported and valued.<br>Tobias local knowledge and understanding of the area helped us put it on at an acceptable price, the regular feedback received form viewings made us feel reassured .<br>Irina in the office was amazing too, always getting back to us with any queries and again reassuring us. The power of independent local estate agent was demonstrated to us consistently throughout this experience.<br>Their care, outstanding , local knowledge and expertise made a stressful process a lot easier.<br>A MASSIVE thank you to everyone involved
2nd Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have dealt with Mirko in 2020 when he managed to get my property rented in less than a week. I look forward to dealing with them in future when I need to find a new tenant.<br><br>This is an update as I wanted to make sure that this review is published. This is at least the third time now I have used Settle East to help me rent out my property. The last time was in August 2023 and now again in August 2026. I was away for the entire process and had to rely on Mirko and his team to resolve issues the new tenant raised at the last minute regarding some of the furniture which needed removing. They also sorted out a new EIRC to make things compliant. The whole experience was very easy for me as they did all the hard work. A thank you to Elif as well who managed most of the details. Not sure what else to say other than I have had positive experiences each time I have used them.
