They keep void periods to an absolute minimum through systematic, well-organized procedures.<br><br>Recently, when I was too busy to check my inbox, Cem Fat proactively reached out via WhatsApp so nothing fell through the cracks. Both Cem and Ria Toovey went above and beyond to get the property ready for new tenants on a very tight schedule. I truly appreciate their dedication and proactive communication—thank you to the whole team!

We have now sold the property through them and the sale process was smooth. We are happy to reccomend them.

He was responsive, transparent, always on hand when needed and got our sale over the line. So yes I would highly recomend using Bigmove

John's initial consulation and valuation of my property was conducted with honesty openess and enthusiasum, with exception local and market knowledge.<br><br>Once we took the decision to list the property, Coultons moved quickly to get excellent pictures and create a fantastic listing. The bookings for viewings were delp with professionaly and flexibly, and we enjoyed a sale of the property to a excellent prospective buyer represented by Euan who always represented the interests and requirements of both sides of the transaction.<br><br>Throughout the conveyancing process, John and the team were very proactive and responsive to ensure the process kept moving ahead. If we required advice, John and Euan were quick to respond with honest feedback and excellet knowledge.<br><br>Upon exchange - Coultons were quick to present their readyness to all sides of the chain ensuring that exchnage took place smoothly.<br><br>I would highly reccomend John, Euan and the Coultons team to anyone looking at buying or selling a property in thier services areas.

1st Sep 2026 (19 days ago)I had such a seamless referencing and handover experience with Docklands Estates. Moving house is usually stressful however this time the least stressful part was dealing with the Estate agents. They went out of their way to make it as hassle free as possible for me and judging by the other reviews, this seems to be the ethos. It’s very refreshing . I moved a month ago and that level of service has continued into my tenancy. They deliver a very bespoke style service where it’s not just a sale and you’re forgotten about. I would like to give a special credit to Laila who has been managing my property. She has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect and honestly I can’t thank her enough. Things aren’t always perfect in a move, but Docklands have always been there and at hand ready to help and resolve if I’ve ever had any potential issues on my side, rather than me stress out or feel alone handling it. Other estate agents could definitely take a leaf out of their book. Everything is also handled with the upmost professionalism which I like, but with a friendly tone. Thank you Docklands, and Laila for your hard work and doing what you do ??
27th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.

Mo made the whole first time experience of selling my home straight forward and easy, he got me a buyer quickly and kept to the timescales that he set out for sale and completion with regular updates on the progress which I was pleased with. I would recommend EweMove to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. 20 out of 10 service for sure.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

5th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Very poor experience with Baker Estate.<br><br>I had a viewing booked and unfortunately I was running late. I accept that being late was on me, but I tried calling the agency around 15 minutes before the appointment to let them know and received no answer.<br><br>When I arrived, I contacted them through WhatsApp and was told to knock on the door as the agent may still be inside. She had already left. The lady I was speaking to then passed the phone to the agent, and I politely asked whether she could come back to conduct the viewing.<br><br>Her response and attitude were incredibly unprofessional and standoffish. She told me she had already waited 15 minutes. When I explained that I had tried calling beforehand, she simply told me, “No you didn’t.” I offered to send screenshots of my call history to prove that I had, but rather than acknowledging this, she said that either way she wasn’t coming back and that we could reschedule.<br><br>I asked whether it was normal procedure to leave a viewing without attempting to contact the prospective tenant first. Instead of having a professional conversation, she became argumentative and kept insisting that I should have called—even though that is exactly what I had tried to do.<br><br>I explained that I didn’t want to reschedule because the property is around 45 minutes from where I live and I had already spent my time and money travelling there. The conversation continued going back and forth and her attitude became increasingly frustrating, so I ended the call.<br><br>Ironically, around two minutes later she called me back and suddenly said she could come back after all. By that point I was already on my way to another viewing. She suggested rescheduling again, and I said “okay” out of courtesy. There was then just silence on the phone, so I said “okay, bye” and she hung up without saying anything.<br><br>I completely accept responsibility for being late. What I don’t accept is the unnecessarily confrontational attitude, being accused of lying about calling when I could prove that I had, and the general lack of professionalism throughout the interaction.<br><br>A simple phone call before leaving the property, or even a polite conversation afterwards, could have avoided the entire situation. Instead, I wasted a significant amount of time and petrol travelling there and was left with a very poor impression of the agency.<br><br>Based on this experience, I certainly wouldn’t want to deal with Baker Estate as a tenant.

Even though we did not end up selling with Beresford due to an offer from our previous agent, we are grateful for your professionalism and friendly advice.<br>Kimberley especially was a great help offering advice and patience when we needed it. We also viewed properties with them and never felt pressured. They always had answers to questions about the properties which was great.

On the contrary, they had a great, professional, contemporary approach which was switched on to what sellers and buyers are looking for. Great service and not a slimy three piece suit in sight!
