3rd Feb 2026 (9 mo. ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.
10th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience with Hamptons Tower Bridge, particularly during the final few months of our tenancy.<br><br>After nearly four years as reliable tenants, I felt there was very little consideration for the fact that this was our home. Communication from Scott was often rude, abrasive and lacking in empathy, particularly when discussing a potential tenancy renewal.<br><br>The move-out process was equally disappointing. There was little guidance around checkout expectations, which I believe contributed to avoidable deductions from our deposit. We also received repeated requests for same-day property viewings, despite our tenancy agreement requiring 24 hours’ notice.<br><br>Moving home is already stressful and expensive, and I expected much better from an established lettings agency. Our landlord was always fair and reasonable, but unfortunately I cannot say the same for our experience with Hamptons.<br><br>I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve the experience for future tenants. I certainly wouldn’t choose to use Hamptons again.

My experience so far has been entirely positive!<br><br>In all my times searching for new place I dealt with many agents across Leytonstone/East London and Theydons were the only agent to consistently reach out to me with suggestions, this really stuck out to me as searching on Rightmove, Zoopla etc. can feel like a full-time job at times and takes over life!!<br>Other agents I always had to call and make the first move, sometimes without getting an answer!<br><br>I will definitely use Theydons when I sell my home, confident they'll be proactive rather than reactive.<br>Thanks!<br><br>H x

12th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)?Moving into a recently renovated Prime Land property turned into an immediate headache. Upon arrival, I went 9 days without hot water in my floor’s bathroom and 13 days waiting for working Wi-Fi (this was included in the announcement).<br><br>?The issues didn't stop there. The pre-paid gas ran out several times and, on occasions, leaving us through freezing weekends with no heat and no ability to cook until someone arrived the following week to top it up. There were active leaks, unfinished renovations, and contractors who repeatedly left work areas wet and dirty for us to clean up. The cleaner broke our mop and cleaned his boots in our sink. They tried to get us to remove all our stuff from the living room within 24 hours to turn it into an extra room, I was able to stop this by referring to our contract which included acces to living room.<br><br>?When I requested financial compensation lack of basic infrastructure (as per our contract), I was bluntly told the property was rented 'as is.' Potential tenants should be aware that with Prime Land Property, missing essential amenities is apparently considered normal and not worth communicating upfront. I'll let you decide if it's worth your time.

Jason , Millie , Sarah made me feel welcome and not just a number.<br>They made an appointment to view my property and soon came back with a draft of potential expectancies. Within no time at all I had viewings and a tenant. I couldn’t ask for a better service.<br>I was kept up to date with progress and everything went smoothly. Glad I choose Noble and would highly recommend these guys, if you want a first class service with polite and friendly staff and great communication these are the team to go with.
