Right from the start of the tenancy to the return of our deposit, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Miriam and the team were always very quick to resolve any issues and did so with genuine kindness and care. The contractors they hired were always friendly and professional too. Highly recommended - thank you so much!

10th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)When we decided to rent our apartment nine years ago Property Divas had been personally recommended to us over some of the larger well known agencies and we have never regretted going with them. Helen, Sharron and their team have been nothing short of stellar. Professional, knowledgeable and delightful to work with, their attention to detail, careful finding and then diplomatic handling of tenants and care for our property has been superb. Whenever changes or improvements were required we were always promptly kept informed and budgets adhered to. With Helen’s tenacity and guidance we recently concluded a successful sale in an extremely tricky market. Always calm and good natured, she always went over and above to be available when we had any query or concern. It is now somewhat poignant that our professional relationship is at an end as it has been such a good one and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !

Playing games, not fufiling contracts and Oliver and manager there were engaging in clear unethical service practices and disgusting customer services carried out. They represent an dodgy estate perfectly. Nothing else positive.

I had my property on the market for months with no luck, then I moved to a different estate agent who managed to sell it straight away. I found them to be unprofessional and dishonest. The best thing anyone can do is use another estate agent, a professional one not Man & Co.

20th Mar 2026 (30 days ago)As the owner of the house R Bhasker bought below, I feel it's only fair to say my opinion of Neil King and his team is the absolute opposite. They have been professional, straightforward, proactive, and fair throughout. I have known them for years; I have used them both as a buyer and as a seller; and I would not hesitate to recommend them. In my experience they operate with great integrity in an industry where trust is at a premium. And I can see my experience is echoed in most of the other reviews. Lastly, my own opinion on the survey is that it was perfectly normal for a house of this age and type. Any issues with vermin were common, localised, minor, and dealt with quickly.
7th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I had a great experience buying my first flat through Elderton & Co, and Louis was fantastic throughout the process. He was always responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel much smoother. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference. I’d happily recommend Louis and Elderton & Co to anyone buying or selling in the area!
27th Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE. If there was only zero stars… A couple of weeks ago, water from the men’s toilet on our floor was literally flowing down the stairs and also through elevator shaft. The smell was disgusting, and there was visible sewage which we have to step into to be able to exit. And no - this wasn’t the first time something like this has happened. We had no choice but to walk through that filthy water just to get out of the office. When I went to reception to ask for the bare minimum - reimbursement for cleaning my shoes - the regional manager, Farah, couldn’t have been more dismissive. Instead of helping, she snapped that they “aren’t liable for damages,” talked down to me like I was her child, and then turned away mid-conversation as if I wasn’t worth her time and said ‘you clearly don’t understand’ then turned her head towards display. This one clearly loves drama, seeing what other residents have to say. Maybe some management or how to deal with people classes... I just wanted to find some base ground as the damage was made from their fault, but they clearly don’t care. I had to spend £30 from my money to clean my shoes. If this is how management treats people, it tells you everything you need to know. Avoid this place at all costs!

15th Apr 2026 (4 days ago)BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! When we first came across Property Divas we had never heard of the agency, but were impressed with all of their awards. We now understand why! Truly the best of the best! When we met Helen for the viewing she was so knowledgable and insightful about the place, and its potential. It was an excellent tour (how we imagined viewings would be before we started actually doing them) Most other viewings we did with other agencies just had the agent standing in a corner looking bored and unable to answer questions. Helen was so prepared, smart, quick, lovely, and warm. There was nothing she didn’t know! To fast forward, there were challenging legal nuances that arose and last minute cold feet from the vendor but without Helen being so legally well versed, and continually going above and beyond throughout the entire process and at those key moments, we wouldn’t have ended up exchanging. We are overjoyed to be moving in soon and couldn’t have got here without her guidance. I couldn’t recommend Helen/ Property Divas enough. She is an expert at dealing with people, one of the kindest and most emotionally intelligent people I have encountered and she genuinely cares. A truly impressive person, we struck gold with her! 4th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Pizza was like a DIY pizza one makes at home for the first time. Amateurish! The Pizzas were undercooked and both the pizzas were not sliced thoroughly. The doughs were too soft to separate pieces and they start to tear without keeping the pie shapes any more. The steam came through the bottom of the card board box and made the oily steam mess on the surface. The taste was not there, and, I don't believe the dough is freshly made but from the factory. I think the staff should go to their contender stores of the area and match the bake texture and cutting the slices. Delivery was fast arriving just under 35 min.
19th Dec 2025 (17 weeks ago)This is the worst agency so far. They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.

21st Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Laurence Leigh Residential was highly recommended by a friend that has used this agency for several home sales and purchases. Selecting Laurence Leigh Residential was an important decision for us as we were selling our family home of the past 18 years. Laurence provided excellent market colour while also listening to our views. We agreed upon a listing price and after receiving several bids accepted one that was within 5% of our listing price. Laurence and his colleagues Anne and Guy are an outstanding estate agency.
3rd Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.

He guided us through the entire process with patience and professionalism, especially as we were managing a rental remortgage alongside a purchase mortgage at the same time. What could have been a stressful and complex situation felt much more manageable thanks to his clear communication and supportive approach. He was always helpful, responsive, and willing to take the time to explain everything. We truly appreciated his support and would highly recommend this company. We intend to use Assure Move Estate agents for our rental also.
