28th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)These guys are the worst agents to rent your property with, they do not even bother to look after it at all, my house was left in an absolute mess and they didn’t even help me at all, I lost all my my deposit even though the tenants wrecked my home, would not recommend them at all, Mark the manager did not do his job at all, he was too soft and kept siding with the tenants. My check out report was not done properly.
2nd Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had an excellent experience with Angelina at GLP.<br><br>During more than a month of searching for a flat in London, she was the only agent who consistently followed up with me, stayed in touch, and genuinely tried to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>What really made Angelina stand out was that I never felt she was simply trying to “sell” me a property or close a deal. Unlike many other agents I dealt with during my search, I felt that her priority was actually to help me find the right home. That difference in approach was very clear and something I truly appreciated.<br><br>She was consistently professional, reliable, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the process.<br><br>Even after dealing with many different estate agents in London, Angelina was the one who stood out the most. I would absolutely recommend her and GLP, and she will be the first person I recommend to any of my friends looking for a home in London.

14th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I am writing this based on my experience dealing with an agent at Century 21 London Central regarding a serious water leak from a property they manage.<br>A leak from the flat above caused significant damage to my flat, including damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring, with further cracks appearing in several areas. The source of the leak was subsequently confirmed by a Westminster Housing technician.<br>I first informed Dusan about the matter on 21 June. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for progress:<br>9 July – followed up for an update<br>14 July – followed up again<br>20 July – followed up again<br>21 July – contractor visited the flat to inspect the damage<br>28 July – followed up again<br>3 August – followed up again<br>On 3 August, the contractor confirmed that he would prepare the quotation that evening and send it to the agent the following morning, with the intention of arranging the repair as soon as possible. I heard nothing further.<br>By 12 August, I had to chase again. The agent then emailed the contractor asking for the quotation. This was despite the agent having already asked the contractor for the quote on 9 July and again on 29 July.<br>As of 14 August, almost eight weeks after I first contacted the agent, I still have no quotation and no date for the repair.<br>What is particularly disappointing is that I have repeatedly had to chase both the agent and contractor, rather than seeing the matter actively managed through to resolution. From my perspective, it feels as though the responsibility is simply being passed back and forth, while the damage to my property remains unrepaired.<br>The situation has also developed further, with my tenant reporting electrical problems after the water spread through the flat, including repeated circuit/fuse tripping and lights no longer working. This makes the lack of urgency even more concerning.<br>I understand that the leak itself was not caused by the agent. My concern is entirely with how the resulting problem has been managed. I would expect a professional property management company to take ownership of a serious maintenance issue, communicate properly with all parties and ensure that necessary repairs are progressed within a reasonable timeframe.<br>I am also a landlord myself, and I take the condition of my property and the wellbeing of my tenant very seriously. I would never allow a repair issue like this to be left unresolved for this length of time. Based on how this matter has been handled, I would not use the agent and Century 21 London Central to manage my property, as this level of management could damage the landlord’s reputation and potentially expose the landlord to complaints, liability and legal action if the property is not properly managed.

He explained about the house and also schools around in a very calm manner with smile. As we had our toddler, it was very comfortable to see around the house. Hopefully we will get our home soon. They are incredibly attentive, and made you feel as a customer that they can be relied upon to provide a first class class service at all times. Their fees are very competitive, and with the benefit of hindsight, I made the best possible choice to manage selling and also buying of the properties concerned.<br><br>Top draw stuff ??????????????

Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Every step was handled smoothly — from the first viewing, to negotiations, to the final handover — and I always felt fully informed and confident in the decisions I was making.What stood out most was Charlie’s communication and reliability. He was always available to answer questions, kept me updated without me ever having to chase, and made what can be a stressful journey feel straightforward and well?managed. 7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

He took the time to understand my requirements, answered my questions clearly, and made every stage of the process from arranging the viewing through to completing the tenancy and moving into the property straightforward and well organised.<br>What impressed me most was his consistent communication and willingness to assist whenever something needed clarification or follow-up. My sale was quite complex, with delays and hold ups in the chain that were outside our control, but the team went above and beyond to keep things moving. They handled everything with professionalism, urgency and a personal touch that I really appreciated.<br><br>Communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question, someone was there to answer, and I always felt confident they were working hard behind the scenes. They were approachable, trustworthy and easy to work with throughout.<br><br>A special thank you to John for his patience with my frequent requests for answers and updates, and to Terrence for his work behind the scenes, pushing the sale forward and showing a real urgency to get things done. Selling a house can be stressful, but they made the whole process so much smoother and easier for us.<br><br>A special thank you to Clare, who was always so lovely and helpful. 22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Your Move Surbiton — before, during and even AFTER our tenancy — was so unnecessarily stressful that I feel other tenants should know what to expect.<br><br>The problems started before we even moved in. Because my name was on the tenancy agreement, I was repeatedly asked to provide evidence relating to my previous employment and housing in Korea. I spent nearly TWO MONTHS contacting HR departments in Korea, dealing with the time difference, translating more than 40 documents into English, and providing everything requested.<br><br>About FOUR HOURS after I finally submitted them, I was told that the documents were not actually necessary and had been deleted.<br><br>That episode alone says a great deal about the level of organisation and consideration we experienced.<br><br>When we moved in, we were essentially handed a key and appliance manuals, with almost no meaningful explanation of the heating or hot-water system. We then spent FIVE DAYS WITHOUT HOT WATER. I could not even find the boiler model on Fixflo, so I submitted the repair under “Other”. Instead of acknowledging how difficult this was for a newly arrived family, I was later told that the delay was because I had selected the wrong category.<br><br>During the tenancy, communication remained frustratingly inconsistent. On 26 June, for example, I reported several issues, including a leaking sink, lighting/ceiling issues and unfinished repair/painting work. I received no response.<br><br>And remarkably, the poor administration did not end when we moved out.<br><br>For months after the tenancy had ended, I continued receiving emails asking me various questions about the property. I answered several of them as a courtesy. Eventually, after repeated further contact, I made it clear that I no longer wished to be contacted about matters relating to a tenancy that had already ended. When the emails continued, I blocked them.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is that there was no dispute about how we had treated the property. Our full deposit was returned, and we were even complimented on having looked after the property extremely well — better than its condition when we moved in.<br><br>So this is not a review written because of a deposit dispute or because we left the property in poor condition. Quite the opposite.<br><br>This was the recurring pattern throughout our experience: tenants were expected to provide extensive documentation, follow procedures precisely and respond promptly, while the same standard of organisation and communication did not seem to apply in return.<br><br>Moving to another country is stressful enough. A letting agency is supposed to make the process clearer and more manageable — not create additional work before the tenancy, problems during it, and continue chasing former tenants months after they have moved out.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not use Your Move Surbiton again.
22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Do not use! We were royally messed around and left homeless the day before move in due to a mistake from the agent. There was no acknowledgement of their wrongdoing or of the serious breach of the Renters Rights Act despite us having clear evidence. The agent had the audacity to suggest homeless shelters as a feasible solution after screwing us over, we were treated with a complete lack of professionalism and no accountability of their wrongdoings, instead pushing all the blame onto us. We also had to fight to get our deposit back which we needed to be able to find alternate accommodation, and the dispute process was a joke where yet again the blame was pushed onto us despite our clear evidence of their wrongdoing.
