The level of professionalism fell well below expectations, and I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client.I will not recommend their services and would recommend strongly advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable and responsive agency. Ps : don’t bother replying with a standard message, because already know your answer.

Finding and renting a place in London can be a really gruelling experience with agents who don't really care that much, but Ellie was fantastic. 11th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)We engaged Martin and Co Crystal palace to help us find a tenant a couple of times in the last 10 years, and to draw up a tenancy agreement for us. They do not manage our property. However they have provided a fantastic service of advice, reminders and updates free of charge throughout this time. I get regular reminders about compliance and support with finding contractors. I also sometimes ask for guidance around market rent or sales. They respond very quickly with an email followed by a phone call and thorough advice is given. i am never made to feel like a nuisance. I would highly highly recommend this estate agent - Thankyou!
