They will listen to what you like or dislike in a property and find you the perfect match…they will be responding to your emails without leaving you wait forever and help you with any questions or concerns, not to mention what a fun place it is and how relaxing they make the whole process! Neil and Belinda and the whole team were always available and approachable by phone, email and in person in the office. I cannot recommend enough!

6th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Would highly recommend Stanfords after selling our flat with them recently - we mostly dealt with Alex and Sean, and Robyn did an incredible job with the photos.<br><br>We had a number of agents over to value the flat and we chose Stanfords because they are a local, independent agent. Alex did the valuation and was approachable and honest, and gave us confidence that they would do a great job of selling the flat. We also liked his 'to market' approach, which was realistic, like his valuation.<br><br>The flat sold in it's first weekend and Alex and team made sure the sale progressed nicely throughout. They were communicative and always available as the sale progressed, and provided useful advice when our onward purchase plans changed. Thanks for all your help!
