7th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

From booking my initial viewing all the way through to completion, he was patient, friendly and very approachable. He was a great point of contact between both parties and was always willing to help move things along when needed.<br><br>Overall, he made what could have been a very daunting process feel much easier and more manageable. I really appreciated his support throughout and would definitely recommend!

He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings. Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions. Each interaction was lovely, my questions were answered in a timely way. All forms, a contract, the inventory and welcome pack were all processed swiftly and easily all with a sense of 'hand holding' throughout the process. Congratulations to the whole team, I look forward to spending happy times in my great and new rental property.
