His communication was brilliant throughout , he always kept us updated, answered our questions and made what could have been a really stressful process feel so much easier.<br>What really stood out to me was how much he cared about helping us find the right home for our family. He went above and beyond, was always professional and made us feel like we were more than just another customer.<br><br>We are absolutely delighted with our new home, and Antoinne played such a big part in making it happen. 3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)The team at Curchods in Teddington/Kingston have been extremely good both in managing the letting of our property and, subsequently, for managing the sale. Everyone without exception has been very professional and courteous and we are extremely happy with the successful outcome that was achieved. I have no hesitation in recommending Curchods if you are planning to let or sell your property within the Teddington/Kingston area.

17th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)A Fantastic Experience with Ellis & Co<br><br>We’ve had a really positive experience with Ellis & Co, and in particular, we’d like to thank Khalid for all his help and support throughout the whole process of moving into our flat.<br><br>Recently, we had an emergency with one of the sockets that started popping. It was already Friday evening, the office was closed, and most places were out of hours. Despite this, Khalid went above and beyond to find an electrician for us, and the problem was fixed in no time.<br><br>It really shows how much the agency cares about its tenants. The communication is always excellent, and whenever we’ve needed help, they’ve been there for us.<br><br>A big thank you to Khalid and the whole team at Ellis & Co for your outstanding service. We highly recommend them! ?????

11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)We bought our first flat with Ellie from Horton and Garton Chiswick. Ellie spent a lot of viewings with me and listened to our must haves and picked up the apsects of homes we liked and didn't like which lead her to finding us the place that ticked all the boxes. It was a flat that I previously dismissed on Rightmove - which proves having the right agent and seeing the property makes a world of difference. As new buyers, and for me being from NZ too - this process is so different but Ellie was patient with us and supported us throughout. A nice personal touch was checking in on us and seeing how our move is going.

21st Aug 2026 (28 days ago)An estate agent that actually puts the legwork into selling your property, and are very, very good at it. Having had an underwhelming experience with a national agency they were in night and day in their approach thanks to Graham and Michaela. Frank advice about what I needed to do before my flat was listed. Brilliant marketing materials and stunning photography. I admit, I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell then(!) but they attracted serious viewings and I got an offer I couldn't refuse a week after my property was listed which I wasn't expecting in this market. Michaela then stayed on side throughout the flat sale, checking things were moving, liaising on questions and offering support (and reassurance!). All the way to completion. These guys know the market and don't take their clients for granted. If you're lucky enough to be selling in their catchment area, I don't know why you'd use anybody else. Totally earned their (very reasonable) commission.
29th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)A relative recommended All Day & Millar to me after their good experience and knowing we had been struggling to find a buyer for my mum’s house. Jake from Uxbridge branch had initial discussion with me and met me at my mum’s house and gave me confidence that there were buyers out there for our property. He put me in contact with Umar at Hayes branch who provided great support throughout process. He advised on best price to pitch at sharing comparables and was confident he could get people through the door. And he did and kept me on informed! This is where All Day & Millar differ versus other agents in the area. Umar kept me informed every week giving me updates and ensuring he was reaching out to their client base and would put our property in front of them. When things were quieting down he always had recommendations of what to do next. Far more proactive and consistently so than I had experienced with others agents. I can’t emphasise the importance of keeping sellers informed and updated and a feeling that something can be done. This is what Umar delivered on. Umar and his colleagues were always professional and well presented at viewings and helped prospective buyers with their questions. We ended up with a few offers eventually and one we were willing to<br>accept. Umar then handed over the reigns to Sophie at Uxbridge branch who diligently supported us through the various requirements raised by our buyers solicitors and interacted promptly with both sides of the transaction. Whenever I had questions or wanted updates I was able to reach out to Sophie. All in all a very positive experience and we thank Umar and Sophie and wider All Day and Millar team for getting us over the line.
