She's very experienced and dealt with the whole process in a seamless way, from suggesting minor cosmetic improvements, recommending a property management company, to a solicitor dealing with conveyancing. After many viewings and and we had accepted an offer within a month.

Her explanation to questions asked was clear making sure I understood every bit of it. Yande was approachable and made me feel very comfortable. 2nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Absolutely disgraceful experience. I have never dealt with an estate agent that behaved so unprofessionally and dishonestly. After my offer was accepted and I proceeded in good faith, I later discovered that the estate agent was actively trying to secure a higher offer instead. It felt as though they had no respect whatsoever for transparency, fairness, or basic professional ethics. Throughout the process I was given information that turned out to be misleading, and I was left with the clear impression that their priority was not to act honestly but simply to extract as much money as possible from the situation. The entire experience left me feeling deceived and manipulated. What should have been an exciting property purchase became a stressful and frustrating ordeal because of the conduct of this agency. Trust is essential when dealing with property transactions, and unfortunately I found their actions completely undermined that trust. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this estate agent to proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, I would not use them again and would not recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking for a fair and honest service.

They were very professional from start to finish dealing with the sale of my deceased mothers home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always on the end of the phone to help with any issues we had along the way. They also got us the sale price they said the could get us. All in all a brilliant service and I have no hesitation in recommending RJ for your house purchase or sale. Thanks again Tony

5th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Recently bought a house through David Evans & Co and dealt mainly with Mark. He was brilliant from start to end! Such great communication and a pleasure to deal with. So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and made the whole process stress-free. They clearly know the market inside out and got me a great result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aleco to anyone looking to sell their property. Brilliant service!
11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Should have looked at the negative reviews about the return of Deposits. Susan dealt with our rental and shes blunt and doesn't really care. Happy to rent us a house that covered in marks, scuffs, cracks, broken blinds and mysterious dirt around the toilet but as soon as it comes to check out, shes happy to put forward an extortionate amount to be deducted from the deposit. Do yourself a favour, if you're going to rent through Stanfords...Don't. UPDATE: Got £190 back from a £210 dispute between stanfords/landlord. They tried about 4 times to tell me that its going to take months and just pay a reduced price (tried charging around £500 for betterment of the property) and said they would do £450. Either way, we ended up paying less than half of that, dont let them bully you into thinking youre wasting your time and NEVER just pay the random prices they pull out of their ( ( ) Luckily TDS listen to tenants and listed out that Stanfords/Landlord was trying to get money for betterment.

He was very helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble, he gave me good advice and information, He always kept me fully informed of what was going on, Esp, on what viewers were saying. Reyon was well-organized, and respectful throughout the entire process, He showed excellent communication skills and answered all of my questions? Reyon secured the best possible deal for me. I would highly recommend Tilson and Spencer when selling and buying.

In the chaos of the London rental market, they made everything feel smooth and personal, and worked so quickly to get everything over the line for us. From the viewing through to referencing and signing, they were always easy to speak to and really helpful with every step. Andy was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout. His knowledge of the local market was clear, and he provided honest, practical advice that made a real difference. Due to his hard work and determination, we managed to sell our house in a very unstable market, which we are extremely grateful for. Even though the buyers were difficult at times, Andy put real effort into dealing with them and guided both them and us through the process, which helped keep everything moving smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andy and the agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A genuinely reliable and efficient service.
