The sale process required enormous patience, persistence, and careful handling of multiple parties. Throughout the entire journey, Nathan Taylor, and especially Billy Saxton provided incredible support, continuous communication, and reassurance at every stage. Billy Saxton in particular was absolutely instrumental in getting the transaction completed. His professionalism, diplomacy, and ability to manage complex interactions between all parties were truly outstanding. I am genuinely grateful to Billy for all his hard work and dedication. Without his persistence and support, I do not believe this sale would have been completed successfully. The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.
4th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Our first review mysteriously disappeared, and I wouldn’t usually go to the trouble of leaving another were it not for the genuinely fantastic experience we had with Hamptons. The entire team were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We were buying a home and Callum was the agent, and we really couldn’t have asked for a better service. He provided us with excellent advice throughout, and we really appreciated the depth of experience he has with the market and the local area. It made such a difference having him and the team to call on. They were genuinely brilliant! We would gladly go through them again, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area.
20th May 2026 (27 days ago)Sellers need to read the paperwork carefully. They will try to pressure you to sell at a low price, just so that they can get their commission and be done with the entire process before their marketing period elapses. After this period, the clauses in the paperwork will not allow the property to be shown to potential buyers if this agency had already arranged a viewing with them during their marketing period. Throughout the process, I had a feeling that they were acting on behalf of the buyer, and not the seller. With renting out, this agency wrote to my tenant, who I had found myself, and asked him to move out to one of their other properties!! So that I would have to go through a new contract with them at a higher commission rate.

Russell, Adam and the whole team gave 110% in a very challenging time for selling. They gave advice without being pushy, did all the viewings, and maintained excellent communication throughout. Very highly recommended.

David was professional, responsive and consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire journey. Whether it was answering queries quickly, keeping communication clear between all parties, or helping navigate the inevitable challenges that come with any property purchase- he handled everything with patience and professionalism. As first time buyers, having an agent who was honest, reliable and genuinely invested in getting the deal over the line made an enormous difference. David never made us feel like just another transaction- he treated our purchase with the care and attention it deserved. Their communication was excellent — they would answer any email within an hour and were always helpful and professional. They were also very competitively priced compared to other estate agents we looked at. I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home! Even the other estate agents in the chain commented on what good agents they were and how quick and organised they were with things.

16th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.
