The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.

I’ve repeatedly reported an ongoing hot water issue and have spent months chasing updates, yet the problem remains unresolved.<br><br>The hot water pressure has deteriorated to the point where I am now unable to take a proper shower in my own flat. Despite numerous reports and follow-ups, no effective solution has been provided.<br><br>If you’re looking for a responsive agency that takes maintenance issues seriously, this has not been my experience.

He was responsive, transparent, always on hand when needed and got our sale over the line. So yes I would highly recomend using Bigmove

Their knowledge of the local housing market and ability to quickly arrange potential reliable buyers was impressive. Once the sale was agreed the management of all the paperwork and communication was exemplary and useful when potential issues, out of our command, down the short chain arose. Their team were consistently professional, proactive and easy to deal with, and they took a lot of the stress out of the process. Communication was a real standout as we were kept updated at every stage and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly.<br><br>We also found the team friendly and approachable, which makes a big difference during what can be a stressful time. We always felt they were acting in everyone’s best interests rather than just trying to push a quick sale. Based on our experience, we would be very happy to use Breens again and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. For someone like me so far away, this is more than assuring. Particular mention to Aziz Khan for his outreach and accessibility and to Billy for his hands on operations. Thank you so much. I'd recommend Farrell Lewis to anyone looking for top class real estate management.

23rd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid. They raised my rent by 25% and never acted on maintenance issues i would raise. Typical slum estate agents, dingy flats and dodgy fees.

I instructed them in the sale of my home and I valued their integrity and professionalism from the first meeting. Bruno was appointed as my sales negotiator. He knows the local market and is well connected. He worked hard to secure my buyer and oversaw the sales process, keeping me informed throughout. The rest of the team were friendly, approachable and always on hand to answer any queries. Thank you Castles for achieving what I needed in such a difficult climate!!
