Wowee what a journey - a total labour of love from the team in Bellevue Road and Patrick in particular - from start to finish the process was handled so professionally and calmly to get to the end result of selling our house - nothing was too much trouble and for only a 2 bed house we felt that we were always priority! They guided me through each stage clearly, answered all of my questions patiently, and made the whole process much easier and less stressful.<br><br>I particularly appreciated the attention they gave to my requests and the way they communicated with both myself and the landlord. Their support, follow-up, and willingness to help gave me a great deal of confidence throughout the tenancy application and move-in process.<br><br>I am very grateful for the excellent service I received and would be very happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and supportive letting agent.<br><br>A truly positive experience from start to finish. 24th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)Gibbs Gillespie Pinner are the the best estate agent, and I will explain why. In particular, TJ, Barry, Joshua, Irene and the team are resourceful, timely, proactive and take the pressure off their clients. The property was placed on the market with photos taken and all legalities sorted within days, and they were all on hand to resolve any issues quickly ensuring the needs of all stakeholders were met. Quick responses, great communication and managing the sale is exactly what an estate agent should do, and there was no question over whether the sale would get over the finish line and updates were shared frequently. The team clearly understands not just the financial implications but moreso the emotional side of a property transaction, and does all due diligence on prospective buyers, just everything is extremely well managed; if I am ever involved in a property transaction again I'll be going straight to Gibbs Gillespie Pinner. 10/10

They keep void periods to an absolute minimum through systematic, well-organized procedures.<br><br>Recently, when I was too busy to check my inbox, Cem Fat proactively reached out via WhatsApp so nothing fell through the cracks. Both Cem and Ria Toovey went above and beyond to get the property ready for new tenants on a very tight schedule. I truly appreciate their dedication and proactive communication—thank you to the whole team!

29th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)They get an extra star for actually managing to find a buyer. However it was undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had with an estate agent. The lowlights included them: 1) scheduling a surveyor to come to our property without telling us and letting them in when we were out the house; 2) turning up to our property and letting themselves in 24 hours before a viewing; 3) scheduling a viewing without telling us and letting in a potential buyer while we were working; 4) frequently giving misinformation to our lawyers, buyers, and even sellers. If you are selling a property, avoid like the plague, unless you want someone to let themselves into your property unannounced and immediately ask you "why are you stressed".

A genuinely impressive, professional and personable young man who never tired of us…..he has an unusually excellent manner and got to really understand what we were looking for….he actually listened to us ! And, he never wasted our time. He maintained a warm, friendly and incredibly professional manner throughout the extremely long process and we couldn’t recommend him any higher….and we are not easy!!

12th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Unfortunately Keatings were so unsatisfactory. Our first clue should have been the fact that they lied about what furniture would actually be in the flat, which we didn't find out about until we had our offer accepted. Even then, they still wouldn't put the promised furniture in, but gave an insulting "financial contribution" which still left us with a heavy price to pay.<br><br>At the end of our tenancy they turned aggressively accusatory, claiming we had not returned our keys, when it turns out they just hadn't checked their own post box or actually spoken to other members of their own team to confirm we had in fact returned them.<br><br>Then, as a final kicker, our deposit return was delayed and when questioned on this they became combative and passive aggressive.<br><br>Steer clear.

I instructed them in the sale of my home and I valued their integrity and professionalism from the first meeting. Bruno was appointed as my sales negotiator. He knows the local market and is well connected. He worked hard to secure my buyer and oversaw the sales process, keeping me informed throughout. The rest of the team were friendly, approachable and always on hand to answer any queries. Thank you Castles for achieving what I needed in such a difficult climate!!

Not only do they always answer our calls but they are constantly checking in and making sure we are happy with our rental. Really take the time to check in and make sure we are happy and well sorted.
