They were quick to answer any questions and made themselves available whenever I needed advice. What I appreciated most was their honest and balanced approach—they always considered what was best for both us and the sellers, helping the process move forward smoothly and fairly.<br><br>I’m very grateful for their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend William H Brown or use their services again in the future.

They were always accommodating when arranging viewings and took the time to clearly explain everything about the property. Communication between all parties was smooth and prompt, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. Friendly, approachable, and very supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agency.

The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A BUYER - AVOID HAMPTONS!??<br><br>Called their Blackheath office to book a viewing to see Masons Hill, Woolwich.<br><br>We agreed to view on 4 Saturday July at 11:15 a.m but Susan called later and told me she couldn't accommodate me at 11.15am. I explained to her that I have many viewings lined up the next two Saturdays as I live far and I cannot come in earlier or attend during weekdays.<br><br>I explained that I am a full cash buyer. Later, the woman said you're not special. We have many fully cash buyers. Needless to say fully cash buyers, no mortgage is actually rare so Susan is being deceitful and is not operating in line with the Ombudsman Code of Conduct and have reported this to the Ombudsman.<br><br>Susan was rude, obnoxious and unpleasant to deal with. Rather than being or taking the sympathetic approach, she takes the direct and rude approach.<br><br>Horrendous experience as a prospective full cash buyer and have second thoughts on viewing properties with Hamptons.

From start to finish they’ve been incredible, we couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you to everyone in the team, your expert guidance, patience and kindness throughout our sale were so appreciated. He was great to work with and always got back to us promptly, keeping us updated as the sale progressed.

This company do not vet their landlords or care for tenants welfare, I’d strongly advise you steer clear.<br><br>They lumbered me with a psychotic landlord, and Instead of dealing with their own dispute with her, left me to deal with an ugly situation they caused in the first place.<br><br>I had to move out just to get away from an unhinged landlord who was constantly harassing me, and Portico did not step in to help me with any of it. The episode caused me and my family untold distress, affected my mental wellbeing and cost me a fortune.<br><br>I spoke to the so-called 'manager' about it and all he cared about was grabbing a tidy profit from the situation. Even the staff said the landlord was 'trouble' but i'm the one that took the hit.<br><br>Don't listen to the positive reviews, if things go wrong they will leave you high n dry.<br>Bad people, bad company, don't grace them with your custom, save yourself and go elsewhere.

21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Our family chose to instruct Cole Harding to sell our terraced house in Tottenham, having not had very much success with another agency.<br><br>Syede (co-owner) worked hard to ensure that we had as many suitable viewings as possible throughout the many months that the property was listed with his agency.<br><br>Even though the sale process wasn't always smooth sailing (these things rarely are) .. and we did experience a hiccup or two along the way, Syede encouraged us all to be patient, stating that, eventually, the right buyers would materialise (which happily they did) and from then on, everything fell into place beautifully, much to the delight of all concerned.<br><br>In hindsight, we wish that we had instructed Cole Harding from the outset.

They also pushed me to view a place I’d have scrolled straight past, which ended up being one I seriously considered. Patient and genuinely on your side - highly recommend - Leon and Stan have been brilliant.

They found me a buyer off market as they already had someone on their expansive database that was specifically interested in our block of flats. We accepted an offer within a few days of the buyer viewing and despite being a drawn out and complicated sale due to leasehold issues, they kept all parties updated, made sure our lovely first time buyer wasn't put off by the complications of leasehold and chased solicitors to try to keep things moving as quickly as possible. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them, they deserve all the praise they receive online and they should honestly charge more, because I got a bargain!<br><br>Love Steph and Rob xxx

They both are knowledgeable and patience with us. We went through a modern auction which requires a fast pace and a lot of quick understanding. We had a great follow up from Qasim throughout the process and got all our questions answered. For a first big step, we couldn’t ask for better professionals.
