8th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)One of the worst experience in letting properties.They are good on selling/buying properties,tricky and ignoring emails without response,lack of flexibility and not willing to communicate personnel at Abbey Wood branch!The handling of client funds in my situation has been particularly concerning.- 18th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.

I went to him with my vision to buy my dream flat and there were so many complications as well but he took the time to understand our needs and delivered on promises. Seif is such a gem if you want someone helpful and reliable, I’d recommend him only. He even helped us to sort our Stamp Duty problem.His communication was excellent—attentive, timely, and honest. She consistently kept in touch with me, even while I was on holiday, and worked hard to chase the seller’s solicitors due to the property being sold through probate. Chloe was always accommodating with my numerous visits to the property, including arranging access for my surveyors to carry out a Level 3 survey. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process, making my first-time buying experience a genuinely positive one.
