4th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Our first review mysteriously disappeared, and I wouldn’t usually go to the trouble of leaving another were it not for the genuinely fantastic experience we had with Hamptons. The entire team were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We were buying a home and Callum was the agent, and we really couldn’t have asked for a better service. He provided us with excellent advice throughout, and we really appreciated the depth of experience he has with the market and the local area. It made such a difference having him and the team to call on. They were genuinely brilliant! We would gladly go through them again, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area.

Buying a house is stressful but he really did manage to reduce that so much for us. His colleagues in the Chislehurst office were also wonderful when called into action.

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. The sale process felt calm and well-managed, even when things got a bit complicated, and that was entirely down to their team. I particularly want to call out Kyle, who took a hands-on role right from the offer stage and continued to look after us once the sale had gone through. He followed up after completion to check everything was okay, which meant a lot. It felt like a very personal, reassuring service. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
