We were looking at renting a property and we agreed verbally with the lady showing us the property and she said to go ahead and inform the landlords that we are moving out - only to ghost us for one week and then tell us that the landlord is not willing to remove the couch and so the agreement will not progress! Lovely pickle they put us in!

The team has been consistently responsive, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently. A special thanks to Alecia and Altin, who have been incredibly helpful from the very beginning and continue to provide great support. Their professionalism and dedication really stand out. I truly appreciate the service and would highly recommend Salter & McGuinness to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent.
25th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I was renting with Sonia Estates over 5 years and during the whole contract they were excellent during the entire period. Shah is one of the best agents very cooperative and trustworthy. All kind of problems were sorted with profesionalism in a very short period of time starting from day one until the last day of tenancy. Would honestly recommend to anyone.

Steve's very easy to get in touch with if there are any issues, and always let us know well in advance if there were any contractors coming to the building for maintenance, fire doors etc. Caroline also very helpful whenever we had any queries. Great bunch of people, we will miss the flat.

Aside from residential surveys/building regs advice, they have let & managed my property over the years (very successfully), & in addition, I have bought & also recently sold through them. The fact W&T have been in business in Kensal Rise for nearly 100 years, speaks volumes in itself, they are the definition of ‘consummate professionals’! 24th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)I chose Simple Estate Agents to sell my property (Halsway, Hayes) and had an exceptional experience. From finding buyers/offers to managing the sales process Prablin and Harkiran were great. This sale should have been straightforward, but it turned into almost a year-long process due to a previous buyer choosing to mess us around at the last minute. Through all of it, Prablin and Harkiran continued to support and the communication was constant and supportive. Even when i got frustrated with delays (not from Simple's side) both Prablin and Harkiran were patient and did their best always to get updates and chase They stepped in wherever things were stuck and did everything possible to push the deal forward. A special thanks from me to them both. It was quite a journey but they were amazing throughout. Would highly recommend Simple!

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

18th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.

He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy.
