When I met her at the property I was struck by how friendly and approachable she was as well as very informed about the property. She guided me through the whole process in a professional yet friendly way and was alway in contact about the process and easy to contact when I had questions. 15th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)This agency was negligent in handling the sale of our property. I’m following up a formal complaint against them. They mis-handled 3 offers for our property. We finally accepted an offer through them, which turned out to be null and void as they hadn’t carried out basic checks on the buyer, by which time we’d lost our other buyer. We eventually went to Chestertons, got another £80,000 and were handled professionally
23rd Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We worked with this agency during our home purchase process in 2025. Throughout what is already a stressful experience, there were far too many unknowns left unaddressed. More concerning was the consistent gap between what was communicated to us verbally and what ultimately came to fruition. Beyond the factual inconsistencies, the manner in which we were dealt with - both in face-to-face meetings and over email - was dismissive and lacking in constructive communication. We did not feel respected as clients, and the tone used toward us on multiple occasions fell well below the standard of professionalism we would expect from anyone in this industry.

He identified me as a serious buyer and convinced the vendor to stick with me throughout the ordeal. 7 stars from me!

First, they were incredibly inefficient with the move-in process, delaying my tenancy start date by three weeks and leaving the property vacant for that entire time. What makes this even more ridiculous is that they failed to carry out mandatory safety inspections (EICR, Gas Safety, EPC) during those three weeks of vacancy. Instead, they have contacted me three times in just my first three weeks of living here, demanding access for various contractors. It feels as though they are using me as an unpaid property manager to coordinate their overdue maintenance. If you value your time, privacy, and mental peace, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their management is a complete mess.- 20th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Brian was the agent for the seller of a flat we bought. He was of course motivated to act in the best interests of the seller, but he was professional, polite, detail oriented and diligent in dealing with our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He’s a good communicator. Our solicitor was not. He was able to reassure, educate and guide us through the unfamiliar process. He was always helpful and diplomatic which we much appreciated in the high stress of buying a home.
