Laurence was there throughout liaising between us and our potential purchasers. The quality of the photos by Aubrey Lee was night and day using a professional photographer at no additional cost made the photos pop on the advert compared to the iPhone taken photos of other agents. Eleanor and Sisi in the office were also great in liaising between estate agents for my onward purchase and my unresponsive solicitor. I have no hesitation in recommending Aubrey Lee

4th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

We’ve bought a house through The Property Man, the chain was complex with many unexpected twists and turns throughout but Jessica and team took it all in their stride, always acting with the upmost professionalism. Superb communication and a clear amount of expertise, we wouldn’t hesitate to sell our home through TPM in the future (we wish we did in the first place!)

We have recently moved out of said property due to moving more local to our family and work however from moving in with Matt who is fantastic, to dealing with Hollie is is amazing, knowledgeable and keeps you updated with absolutely everything. Price and Co have made moving in and out the property so smooth and easy and while we were at the property had fantastic communication and customer service. We have rented with numerous of estate agents and can honestly say these guys and Hollie are the best. Thank you for everything and keep smashing goals!- Chloe
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
