30th May 2024 (8 weeks ago)I recently had a viewing with daisy. she was absolutely amazing and personable and very very helpful kind and friendly. I am genuinely more inclined to get the property because of her service and highly inclined to work with reeds rain from how amazing the support was. she offered a wide range of options for support as well! would have left a money tip had that been appropriate. deserves a raise.
2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)James came to do a valuation at my property and was very professional. He answered all of my questions and got the photos sorted quickly too. He made the process very quick and clear. I’ve only just started the marketing process with the agents but so far so good.
30th Jun 2021 (3 years ago)Initially I was really happy with the service the Lettings team provided, well actually, just Tony. I negotiated a reduced price for finding tenants thou what I wasnt told at this point is this would result in a very poor after sales service. The final tenant moved in a month ago and I am still waiting for the meter readings for four apartments plus some unsigned documentation, now waiting for a copy of thier complaints procedure. My advice....AVOID if you want a complete professional service.

After taking more than 5 months, i have nothing in my hands. My time and money spoiled due to unprofessional behaviours of staff. Never recommend anyone to use them. Totally disappointed

She was incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful, and was the person throughout the whole process who made it as smooth as possible (despite the usual conveyancing niggles!). Really grateful for her support despite not even technically being her client!

Chris came round and valued the house and got us all set up again he was really helpful and explained the process throughly. Kate was really helpful with mortgage advice. 20th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Just would like to say a massive thank you to Jordan Fishwick Didsbury, my experience with them has been great, with fast communication and a supportive team during a difficult time of the year, with the demand of finding rented properties in such a competitive market. With this being my fourth rented property since moving to Manchester, it has been the best experience yet, there are no issues and the team are really helpful - I cannot recommend it enough. Also, in particular, thank you to Jordan Rutter who has been super supportive with the process, with instant responses between the landlord and myself, and making sure everything was done in time for the move in date.

25th Jun 2022 (2 years ago)A very sad unfortunate experience for me- 6th Jul 2024 (21 days ago)Spent 45 minutes on the phone with Gaynor in the Hyde office. An absolute pleasure to speak with. Gaynor took the time to explain the local market on both buyer and seller side, best strategy to secure viewings after a few frustrations of missing viewings due to high demand and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Would highly recommend calling Gaynor in the office and not going via the website. It was very helpful indeed.

I am landlord and the exceptional service I have received from him I really do thank dean what an asset to reed rains. Also would like to thank Rebecca and Nick who have also been great through the process with my brother selling his property. Highly recommend.
18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)We have a property that is fully managed by Leaders. Since Feb we requested for a mid term inspection report as the current tenancy ends in Aug. It is now June and we still have no response from them whether the inspection is done or not despite numerous emails and calls. Time and time again Leaders have failed us. Every time I am the one having to contact Leaders so they can give an update. At no point have they even attempted to notify us the status. When we do get hold of someone, for some reason unexplained, we randomly get assigned with a different property managers who none have a clue what is happening. The lack of organisation and communication is really poor, one minute they say the inspection has been scheduled, next minute they say it has not been booked cos the property manager has been off ill! Lots of broken promises! Wonder what excuse they will come up with next time!

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)First off, good experience overall and I'd have happily posted 4.5 if Google had allowed it. For speed and attention, we’re glad we chose to use an independent agent rather than a national one. We’d consider using them again in future. Service used: just the tenancy find What they did well: James said at the first meeting that he was confident they could find a tenant within 1.5 weeks. And they did! 10 out of 10 for the most important marker. Also, the 3D filming/photo/ad were all done within 2 days. Top efficiency. Poppy then followed up on most of the rest and was always quick to respond and to the point. Where they could improve: As it was our first time using an agent / using their online system, they would do well in perhaps explaining a bit more about the process / system, what we needed to do, etc..
