The teams were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and they were always quick to respond to any queries. Their dedication and attention to detail really stood out, and I felt supported every step of the way. I would highly recommend both to anyone looking for reliable and efficient estate agents!

9th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)I recently sold a flat in West Didsbury and bought a house in Withington having Annie at Jordan Fishwick didsbury branch as my agent for both my sale and purchase. Annie is such a personable friendly person who really guided me through the ups and downs of the whole process. I couldn't praise and recommend her enough. I was selling and buying alone so having an agent who really made me feel at ease through every step was so helpful and reassuring. She responded to phone calls and emails promptly, reliably updating me with new info and took a real hands on approach corresponding with my buyers and sellers solicitors when needed. If and when I consider selling my new house in the future Annie would be my first and only call. A very professional and genuinely lovely person. Thankyou so much for all your hard work and support throughout Annie!
9th May 2026 (15 days ago)I am very happy with the service I have received from Edward Miller Natalie scoutter, has been most helpful and supportive with a warm caring approach, keeping me in touch with what is happening with the sale of my house and advising me on many different things with the sale of my property, always getting back to me by telephone sending me emails of properties where she knows I wanted only Kershaw Lane, Kershaw Grove over many month , and it was Natalie who sent me the property that I am buying now, and the sale of my house, I have been wanting to move over the years, and I truly don't think I could have done it without Natalie's caring support, she has been most helpful and very professional, and I would recommend Edward Miller agents to family and friends, and I wish her all the very best, With grateful thanks. The team was professional, friendly, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and providing clear guidance along the way. Their communication was outstanding, with quick responses to any questions and a genuine willingness to help. The attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service really stood out. 4th Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

More than likely, house sold for 7% under asking less than 2 weeks after going to market, could've held out for longer but rather sell asap especially in this climate!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

1st May 2026 (23 days ago)I had a really great experience with the letting agency from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, clear, and far less stressful than I expected. A big thank you to Emma, who was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was incredibly informative, always quick to respond, and made everything easy to understand at each stage. It’s rare to come across someone so professional while still being genuinely warm and approachable. She’s a real credit to the team, and I have to say, she made the whole experience a lot better than it probably should have been.

18th May 2026 (6 days ago)Got introduced to Ryan Booth through a mutual friend whilst looking into moving to the UAE with the family… honestly, wish I never did. Constantly available on the phone answering endless questions about areas, schools, visas, setting up a business and property. Somehow always replies, which is actually quite annoying. Ended up helping us buy our first overseas property as well, made the whole process far too easy and now we’re even more convinced on the move. Terrible bloke really… far too knowledgeable and way too easy to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend… unless you actually want someone who knows what they’re talking about.??????????????????

We had a short window to move in, but Hibbert were able to make the process as quick and easy as we’d like.
