25th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)I came back into the rental market after 7 years and felt a little trepidation about finding the right rental home and working with Estate Agents again. From the minute I contacted the team at Anthony Webb I could not have been looked after better. They organised a viewing of the flat I saw on Rightmove the next day and what really impressed me, is the interaction between the agent showing me the flat and the tenant who was there. They were clearly on great terms and both were happy to answer all the questions I had. I made the offer and it was accepted and I cannot speak highly enough of both the negotiating team and the contract team that have gone out of their way to look after me through the process. They have answered questions, alayed any fears, been happy to go back and forward to Landlord, promptly answered calls. It has been an absolutely outstanding service.

From valuation through to marketing and viewings, everything was handled seamlessly, and they worked tirelessly to generate interest and secure an offer on our flat within just a few weeks. Billy managed the sale of our property with outstanding professionalism and real expertise in handling challenging situations. He guided us through what was, at times, a tricky process, and without his dedication, patience, and persistence, the sale simply wouldn’t have gone through. Without question the best estate agents we’ve ever encountered.

7th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Absolutely disgraceful experience with Century 21 in London, specifically dealing with Sabir. We were effectively discriminated against for having a child. We were told that the landlord had a “bad experience” with tenants who had children previously, and on that basis, we were not even properly considered. That is completely unacceptable in this day and age. Since when is having a family a reason to be rejected? This is blatant bias and feels like outright discrimination against people with children. Instead of assessing us fairly as tenants based on £250,000 per annum income, references, and suitability they judged us purely on the fact we have a child. Sabir handled the situation terribly. There was no professionalism, no attempt to support us, and no effort to challenge the landlord’s clearly prejudiced stance. It felt like they were completely comfortable going along with it rather than doing their job properly. Families should be treated with respect, not excluded because of someone else’s past experience. This agency seriously needs to review its practices. Would not recommend to anyone especially if you have children.

Although there is a parcel room and CCTV, thefts continue to occur, and the services included in our service charges do not appear to be fully effective in protecting residents. These ongoing issues leave me feeling unsafe in my own home. While I am still relatively new to the building, I hope the management company will take prompt and effective action to improve security. I trust that with proper measures, the building can become a safe and well-managed environment for all residents.

Viewings were handled nicely, The estate agent kept the chain together when things got tricky, The professionalism was just great, proactive, Calm under pressure, I needed help with documents and he was very willing to help me with these, which I was very grateful, I would use them again & suggest them to others. Thank you so much.
