3rd Jun 2025 (13 days ago)I rented out a property with the Ellisons Lettings Team. Superb 5-star service from start to finish. Highly knowledgable team who shared their expertise with me throughout. They also treated my customers (the tenants) fantastic as well, which any Landlord knows is vital. I highly recommend this team to any Landlord and I will be using their wonderful services again without doubt.

Richard and the team were incredibly professional, responsive, and made everything smooth. When it came time to sell, Kasper was also helpful—always available with updates and support. They made sure we secured the asking price.We've dealt with other estate agents in London, but Hamptons truly stands out for their reliability and professionalism. 2nd Jan 2022 (3 years ago)I can't recommend Siobhan and the team at KFH Sydenham enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were very professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. There were numerous times throughout the sale process where Siobhan stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track. If it wasn't for Siobhan's prompting at a key point we likely would not have been able to complete on our desired date. Thanks very much to the entire team for all their hard work

Having only rented through private landlords in recent years, I was a bit hesitant based on some experiences of others. Chase Buchanan overall have been great, and made the process very smooth. Comms have been quick and efficient. Special thanks to Lianne and Joel for showing us around, answering our questions, guiding us through the paperwork and being a delight to work with.

Rob was very understanding of my situation and there was never any pressure. The communication was perfect,, keeping me updated when necessary. They work together as a team, Liese did most of the viewings, and there were quite a few.i I often felt anxious about the whole thing but Liese was reassuring. I met with a few different agents but I can honestly say, you can trust curchods completely. Liz McBride
21st May 2025 (26 days ago)I found Taya & Will to be incredibly engaged in facilitating the sale of our studio flat. We had viewings within 2 weeks of going on the market & and offer made shortly afterwards. The photo pack put together for the flat was very professional. Then going forward a weekly update after the offer was accepted. They were an excellent bridge between us and the buyer and really put the pressure on when the solicitors were slow with exchange. They were always friendly, upbeat & professional. A very positive experience dealing with this company.

We have known Lewis for the past 17 years and he has always been very honest with his advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
10th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)I rented with Farrell and Lewis for 4 years and overall I had a very good experience with this company. The flat was in a very good condition and whenever I raised issues (there weren't many), the agents made their best efforts to resolve them. Billy really cares about his tenants and he was very kind and understanding right until the end to help ensure that the moving out process went as smoothly and stressfree as possible which I really appreciate. I would confidently recommend this agency to others.

Unfortunately we didn't manage to find our dream home with Stonebridge, but they were excellent from start to finish. If we ever need to move again, Stonebridge will be the first call I make.

He is very professional and efficient during the whole process, from arranging viewing to move-in, Tom had been very attentive, remembering every little detail that I requested and resolved my concerns/queries every step of the way. His friendliness and approachable personality made rental process less stressful, besides, Tom and the property manager Chloe are very reliable on resolving the post move-in issues I faced in the Inventory check. The internal portal that Butler’s use is user-friendly and transparent, this streamlines the process and makes tracking easier for all parties. I’d highly recommend Tom to be your letting agent. She saved me so much time by answering questions before they came up and made the whole process quicker, without ever making it feel rushed. She really listened to what I was looking for and only showed me places that were right for me. Yasmin was friendly, easy to talk to, and always quick to get back to me. Whether it was a text, email or phone call, she was always available and explained everything clearly and simply. This was by far the easiest move I’ve ever had, and that’s all thanks to her. I honestly wish everyone was like this, it would make the whole moving process so much less stressful. She’s a real asset to the branch, and I feel very lucky to have had her help. Thank you, Yasmin!
