22nd Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)Have had to take the property of the market and will probably relist. It's a tough market at themoment, but my property was given a high estimate that I don't think reflected the situation. The team are nice but I did have to chase a few times to get feedback and receive a call back.

7th Nov 2025 (5 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

The level of professionalism fell well below expectations, and I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client.I will not recommend their services and would recommend strongly advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable and responsive agency. Ps : don’t bother replying with a standard message, because already know your answer.
28th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)I recently dealt with a maintenance issue that took longer than expected to resolve, but Tess at Burn and Warne was a standout throughout. She was proactive, communicative, and genuinely helpful in pushing things along, which made a big difference during what could have been a much more frustrating experience. It’s clear she takes her role seriously and actually looks to support tenants. Really appreciated her help.
25th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

4th May 2026 (2 days ago)Barnard Marcus is an awful company, treating customers as they please. They may start ignoring you, not responding to calls and emails, never fulfil their promises and delay the return of your deposit. Lack of their internal communication between Sutton and Leighton Buzzard branches are laughable. One branch tells you one thing, another branch something else. They can't even make an effort by talking to each other. Avoid at all cost.

Although the house took some time to sell due to a quiet market, Tony persevered throughout and never lost momentum. His communication was excellent and he remained friendly and professional at all times. Where Tony truly came into his own was after the sale was agreed; he did a fantastic job supporting the buyers through the process and proactively chasing the solicitors to keep things moving. A fantastic service during a difficult time – thank you, Tony."
