24th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)I have both purchased and sold four properties through Chase Buchanan and until very recently also rented a flat via their services. Since 1996 I have called upon their knowledge and expertise and at no time been disappointed. I have dealt with the Twickenham, Hampton Hill and Teddington offices and have always found them helpful, professional, courteous , but also retaining a sense of both calmness and humour throughout what is often a stressful time . Only once did I use local "competitor" and soon regretted it. Chase Buchanan offer an excellent and well informed service. Tom Fleming

8th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)Sold a property thru Goodfellows as Executor of a Will. Once sale complete the Lettings department consistently and regularly phoned to gain business to let out the property sold. Explained the first few times their mistake but the calls simply don't stop. The insensitive Lettings Manager is determined to get me to somehow give permission to advertise deceased relative property. Would not trust Goodfellows with any property management if they can't get the basics right even when corrected. The female Lettings Manager would not accept any responsibility for their failure of calling me when told categorical not too, but also the crass response from the branch in relation to my past relative.

Would you rent out your lovely home to be managed by a man who once had a day job defending the country in frigates, destroyers or submarines or by a youngster in a shiny suit who defends a corner table in The Armpit Arms on Fridays? A complete no-brainer! And 14 months later, what was the experience like? Without doubt, words like “efficient” and “reassuring” come to mind whenever we ask ourselves the question. It meant that if problems arose (and with human beings they always do) we were swiftly told about them and, soon after, how they had been sorted. Other times we were supported with periodic updates to kept us in the picture about how the house was running. Two examples: the long and detailed handover checklist, both leaving and returning, was calmly organised on our behalf while cleaning services were arranged without having to lift a finger. Would we call upon Greenwoods again – of course. Would we recommend them to others – mad not to! Chris & Jacqui

Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London.
