From the very beginning, he completely understood the assignment and knew exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t have many days available for viewings, and he really respected that by sending me so many accurate options that matched my taste and requirements perfectly — I genuinely ended up liking almost everything I saw. Edris was friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. What I appreciated most was how responsive he was — even though I knew how busy he was, he always replied quickly, kept me updated, and made time to answer all of my questions. He really understood exactly what I needed and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable instead. Thank you Edris for all your help and support in finding my new home!
14th May 2026 (5 days ago)Awful experience: If your agent is Jean Choo, please be extremely careful about anything mentioned during the viewing and make sure to get everything confirmed in writing, as later she may deny it. I also noticed other reviews mentioning Paul Phelan, and unfortunately I can confirm that my experience with him was equally disappointing and unhelpful. Once you move in, it feels like they no longer care about resolving issues, the priority seems to be securing their commission rather than providing proper customer service and support. Communication was poor, professionalism was lacking, and overall the experience was very frustrating. I would recommend considering other agencies instead. In my experience, Marsh & Parsons has been far more professional and reliable.

Everyone was really professional, but Pat in particular was outstanding. She was really invested in helping us and gave great advice, reassurance and made everything simple. She always responded promptly (even during the weekend) and honestly, and her communication was very clear throughout. She went the extra mile ensuring that we understand the implications of the new rules on tenancy and advising on how to prepare our offer form.

12th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)KFH were great. We worked mainly with Lynden to find and secure a flat. Lynden was great all the way from arranging the viewings to getting us the flat to helping us settle in. He was super helpful and responsive as our main KFH rep.

Her expertise in the local market was evident from our first meeting, and she provided a clear, strategic plan for selling our home. Louisa was incredibly communicative, providing updates after every viewing and following up with detailed feedback. Then there was Pio. Oh, what a joy to work with. He was very efficient, super quick to update the PropertyFile App & he has a wonderful sense of humor. I felt fully supported and informed throughout the entire process. If you want dedicated professionals, who genuinely care & gets results, I would highly recommend Louisa & Pio.
3rd May 2026 (16 days ago)I wrote a negative review on the back of a highly unpleasant encounter with an employee called Samir a couple of days ago. Hunters then tried drown out this negative review with a string of fake ones praising him. I responded with a follow up review to call out this flagrant breach of consumer protection law under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Somebody from Hunters then found my number and called me on no caller ID to challenge me, also breaching data protection laws. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and dishonesty from an estate agents and will be seeking advice from my solicitor.

He was proactive and very well prepared. I would highly recommend him.! I would absolutely recommend Moveli, over using one of the big impersonal high street chains

The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, and communication was always quick and clear. A special thank you to Georgiana, who was incredibly helpful throughout everything. She went above and beyond to support us, answered all our questions, and made sure everything moved forward smoothly. Finding and moving into a new home in London can be stressful, but Georgiana made the experience much easier for us. We really appreciated his professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude. Highly recommended!
