Luckily my first contact was with Ms Nazanen Mehraje and she was Brilliant--- Pleasant , thorough and communicative at every step throughout the whole process. She was in constant contact with the buyers, the sellers who were abroad and their solicitors and kept all parties fully informed, mediating and explaining the issues when required. I would highly recommend Fletchers in Brook Green.

Well established with staff that have been there over 10 years so they know my property inside out - unlike other agents with a more transient staff turnover. 10th May 2026 (9 days ago)Have just bought my first London shared ownership flat, sold by Hunters. My experience as a buyer was nothing but positive from start to finish. We were shown the property by Steve, who was calm, knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome, as well as keeping me up to date on the offer. Saphire was then our main agent and was absolutely brilliant - great at communications and sped the process along with solicitors and I felt very informed and supported in the process. Thank you Saphire! Then since, the Stoke Newington office staff, notably Matteo, have been very friendly and helpful post completion. Seems to be a team of people who are good at what they do and look after their clients :)

13th May 2026 (6 days ago)Empire chase helped us settle into our new tenant property smoothly.- 29th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)I had a really positive experience dealing with Ian Galloway at Gibbs Gillespie when selling my late mother in laws house , Ian suggested the property would achive a better result being sold at auction he put me in touch with First for auctions and Ian continued to take care of the marketing, The overall outcome was that we sold the house for way more than we ever would have on the open market . The whole experience was pain free and Ian was a plesure to deal with and I would not hesitate to contact him again.
15th May 2026 (4 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Foxtons Property Management. I have been dealing with serious maintenance issues in my property for approximately 5 months, including lack of proper hot water and extremely low water pressure. Despite countless emails, calls, complaints and engineer visits, the issue remains unresolved. The situation has become so bad that there have been days when the water pressure was too low for basic hygiene, including brushing teeth properly. There have also been days when both myself and my 2-year-old daughter were unable to shower at home due to the lack of hot water and poor water pressure. When possible, I have had to shower at the gym instead, often leaving in cold or rainy weather, which has repeatedly affected my health and wellbeing, as well as my daughter’s. What has made the situation even worse is the lack of communication, accountability and urgency from the management team. I was also encouraged to pay an additional 6 months of rent after being assured that repair dates and resolutions would be provided, which unfortunately did not happen. Considering the high rent I pay, I expected basic habitability standards, comfort, professionalism and proper support as a tenant, but unfortunately this has not been my experience. The matter has now escalated to the local council due to the failure to resolve the issue appropriately. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Foxtons to anyone looking for reliable property management or tenant support.- 15th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)My first contact with Nasradin Hussein was several months ago. I registered my interest in purchasing a new home and he listened attentively as I gave him my specific requirements. I was never bombarded with calls or emails, instead he only called when a house that fitted the description I gave him, came to the market. After the second call Nas found the perfect property for me. He made himself available for more than one viewing at a day and time of my choice. My offer has recently been accepted and I am absolutely delighted that the process has been painless (apart from the wait to hear if my offer was acceptable). I highly recommend Nas and his team for their exceptional personal and professional service, that was delivered with care and attention to detail.
