From the property viewing until the move, I was updated throughout process. I was treated and dealt with professionally. If I had a query Rebecca would get back to me promptly. Dealing with KFH was the smoothest part of my move, I would definitely recommend this agency. Five stars!

Ultimately James "won the prize" however it has been a pleasure at all times dealing with both of them. They have been polite, considerate, and good at keeping us up to date on everything; and James was especially good at pushing through on our completion date and keeping us posted on the progress. 3rd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

They promised you with a lot of things before you move in and once you move in and pay and sign they will never do what they promised. My advice if you want to rent from this Sh&ty agent to record video of the person dealing with you. Rental manger (Andrew)????????
