22nd Jun 2026 (16 weeks ago)House successfully sold through David Charles. Warren, Hiran & Paula very helpful in overcoming hurdles along the way with constructive guidance and lots of patience to see the sale go through. Kept me informed at all times. Happy to have put my business with David Charles
15th Sep 2026 (24 days ago)I recently rented a flat in NW3 through this agency. The overall experience was superb, not only starting from top quality property, but also Adriana who helped us throughout the process was fabulous. She was swift and accurate in her responses, was always very friendly and helpful providing responses to (multiple of mine) enquiries. I would definitely use this estate agent in the future for any North London property affairs. Feels like a breath of fresh air after my previous experiences in the distant past.
2nd Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)Cyntia is great! So easy to work with and helped me get viewings quickly
22nd Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Charles helped assist us through the process of purchasing a house in Hampstead Garden Suburbs, his knowledge, expertise and skill was essential to the whole process, he answered all my questions asked and also helped me gain knowledge of the area we were looking to move into- I couldn't recommend Litchfields more and if you want an even better service, call up and ask for Charles! Thank you- 30th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)If you’re selling a flat in Highgate, use Litchfields! They handled the sale of my mother’s flat which was not an easy sell and, in a difficult market, they not only found the perfect buyer but they also were so supportive, responsive and kind. John handled the pre-sale arrangements showing the flat to its best and even watering the plants for us when we weren’t around; Giselle handled the post-offer arrangements and she was super-efficient, helpful and a real ‘unblocker of obstacles’. Despite a recalcitrant managing agent, we managed to go from offer to completion on a flat in just two months. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I really appreciated that I never had to keep chasing them — they were always responsive and helpful.

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, polite and approachable, which made the whole renting experience much easier and less stressful. It was clear that they genuinely cared about resolving any issues and making sure everything was running smoothly.

They also use the Goodlord platform, which made the tenancy process, documents and payments straightforward and well organised. At the end of my tenancy, the checkout and deposit return process was also handled without any problems.

Overall, I was very happy renting through this company. The team were professional, reliable and pleasant to deal with throughout my tenancy. Thank you to everyone there for making my experience so positive. I would happily rent through them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable letting agency
9th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)We had a great experience with the agency, and especially with Lilly. She was lovely, helpful and professional throughout the whole process, always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions we had. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, which made the whole renting process much easier for us.
23rd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)We recently sold our house through Godfrey & Barr and couldn't be happier with the service. The team were brilliant throughout the whole process — responsive, professional, and always quick to chase up the little details that come up during a sale, even outside normal hours. They kept things moving smoothly right through to completion and made what can be a stressful process feel genuinely manageable. Would highly recommend the team to anyone selling in the area.
21st Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Thanks to Daniel, Howard & Jude for keeping the process of selling our flat as stress-free as possible. Great knowledge of the area, which was helpful and very supportive in the negotiation process.
21st Sep 2026 (18 days ago)I was very happy with the service I received from Kyla. She was extremely helpful and responsive throughout, which made the whole process very smooth, especially leading up to my move. I really appreciated all her help and support throughout the process!
26th May 2024 (2 years ago)ABC Real Estate have been an absolute pleasure to work with. The level of service from both their Edgware and Hendon offices is totally professional and welcoming. I'm a 100% satisfied customer, and have no hesitation in recommending others to use them for buying/selling and management.
26th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Top notch service Mumzad and Alex were first rate throughout. Clear, concise and professional, but with a human touch. Listened to my requirements clearly, and delivered exactly what they promised. Look forward to this being a long term relationship.
29th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.
11th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)I have been using the services of the Harrow Winkworth Agency for almost 4 years as a tenant and I am very grateful for their assistance, Vikesh the Property Manager in particular. He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. Highly recommended.

21st Sep 2026 (18 days ago)It’s so important to have landlords you trust who care about your experience and Leafy Estates’ whole team made me feel that way.

I highly recommend them and will certainly be looking to rent with them in future when I return to the area!
3rd Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Being a smaller boutique agency, you get their full attention and help. What a great team led by Hussein Madarbakus, who happened to be the agent who sold me my flat 10 years ago so i didn't hesitate to go to him to sell it recently. Daniel McHenry was put in charge of my flat sale and he was very professional, always available and showed up for me 200%. I am not very trusting of estate agents, but this is a team you can trust !
