In what was a challenging market, Giselle Harrison and John Robinson were professional, personable and consistently kept me updated promptly with any new information. They were also excellent at staying in touch even when there was no particular news to impart, which was very reassuring throughout the process.<br>G had previously sold a property on my behalf around 15 years ago, so it was particularly nice to have a familiar face to work with again. Her knowledge and experience, combined with the wider team’s professionalism, made the whole process feel as smooth and straightforward as possible.<br>I would wholeheartedly recommend GH, JR and the team to anyone looking to sell a property.

The whole team were responsive whenever i called and nothing was an issue for them. This in turn helped the processs of selling my mothers proprty go through very smoothly.<br><br>A big thank you to James who was also a hugh help from the very begining.

25th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I cannot recommend the team at Goldschmidt & Howland Temple Fortune highly enough! After a completely failed, incredibly frustrating experience trying to sell my property with the nearby Foxtons—who brought plenty of empty promises but absolutely zero results—(hiring idiots!) switching to Goldschmidt was the best decision I made. From day one, the team here was a breath of fresh air. They actually understand the local market intimately, were completely realistic with their strategy, and were incredibly proactive. Communication was flawless throughout, they qualified their buyers properly, and they managed to secure a fantastic sale for me in no time. If you want a sophisticated, professional estate agent who actually delivers results instead of just a slick corporate sales pitch, save yourself the time and go straight to them.

She was lovely, helpful and professional throughout the whole process, always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions we had. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, which made the whole renting process much easier for us.

29th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.

He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.- 30th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have just exchanged contracts on the sale of my flat and have had a great experience dealing with Steve Downes and Dan Savage who have been kind, helpful and communicative throughout the process.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always kept us informed, answered our questions quickly and made us feel like we were genuinely being looked after.<br><br>What really stood out was Chris’s determination and commitment. He worked tirelessly to keep everything moving and was always available whenever we needed him. His communication was excellent, and his calm, positive approach gave us confidence every step of the way.<br><br>I can’t thank Chris and everyone at Martin Gerrard enough for all their hard work.
