In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. Despite several external delays that were outside of everyone’s control, Alessandra remained fully committed to supporting us in completing the agreement. She was proactive and consistently took action to help move the process forward including consistently chasing third party operators. Even when we faced external obstacles that could have slowed everything down, she did everything within her capacity to mobilise the necessary steps and accommodate our requests.<br><br>Hanan was equally diligent and supportive. She ensured that both the tenant’s and the landlord’s rights were protected and handled appropriately. She provided clear guidance on both minor and major matters and was consistently responsive, even at short notice.

Jan Kolasa of their St John’s Wood Office and Ciprian from Clifton Road have been truly exceptional … nothing has been too much trouble ; they have been diligent , most polite and thoroughly efficient at all times. They are amazing assets to Chesterton. Searching for a suitable property to rent can be an onerous experience but Chesterton with the help of the two such exceptional professionals has made this process a delightfully pleasant experience. Very well done indeed !

She showed me several properties with genuine care. Although I didn’t rent one at that time, her politeness and professionalism brought me back. She tirelessly continued to help until I found the perfect rental. She’s truly a gem!”

5th Mar 2026 (29 days ago)The property management team has always been prompt in resolving issues and providing a high level of service. In particular, Emma, the Property Manager, has been great—friendly, easy to communicate with, and always quick to follow up when something needs attention.
5th Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.- 16th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)I can highly recommend the Foxtons Maida Vale office! 30th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)My partner and I have just bought a flat through Dexter’s Finsbury Park. Ronnie and AJ were absolutely fantastic in helping two first time buyers navigate our flat purchase. They were communicative, transparent and approachable, willing to answer any question, no matter how silly it felt. We could not have wished for a better agent to guide us through the process and would happily work with them again - although hopefully not for a while! :)

The process with Yolanda was finalised after some delays with the contract including follow-ups regarding utility inclusions. While Yolanda was friendly, more proactive communication would have made the experience much smoother for a new tenant. Glad everything is now sorted and looking forward to the move!
