8th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Heathgate are the management agents of our block.<br>Shabz is the manager for the block and I do genuinely feel he cares for the residents.<br>No management agent is perfect but after having 3 in as many years I can say that Heathgate are responsive, approachable (very rare for managing agents) and sensible. Shabz sorted an issue for our home that had been ongoing for over a year and caused us a great deal of stress and I am very grateful for this.

I have received so much support and advice from Jatin in handling my property sale. Given I don’t live in London it has been a weight off my shoulders knowing I had a reliable and trustworthy agent handling things for me. I can’t recommend Martyn Gerrard in Finchley enough. They guided me through each stage clearly, answered all of my questions patiently, and made the whole process much easier and less stressful.<br><br>I particularly appreciated the attention they gave to my requests and the way they communicated with both myself and the landlord. Their support, follow-up, and willingness to help gave me a great deal of confidence throughout the tenancy application and move-in process.<br><br>I am very grateful for the excellent service I received and would be very happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and supportive letting agent.<br><br>A truly positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We called almost every day and emailed several times, and were repeatedly told they were waiting for the landlord to confirm access and provide the keys for a viewing for a 1 bed flat in NW7.<br><br>We made it clear we were very interested and asked for our names to be placed at the top of the list. We also spoke to Leo, who reassured us that the property was still available yesterday.<br><br>After all of this, we called today only to be told that someone had already placed an offer and paid a deposit. The communication throughout was extremely poor and we feel we were completely misled. How did someone make an offer if the landlord did not give the keys?<br><br>Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency.

They took time to understand what we were looking for, gave straightforward advice on offers and negotiations, and kept us informed at every stage.<br>What stood out was how well they coordinated with the seller’s side and our solicitor — chasing updates, setting realistic expectations, and keeping momentum without pressure. Gibbs Gillespie accommodated our requests for multiple viewings. Communication was excellent and we always felt looked after. For first?time buyers who want an agent team that’s both professional and genuinely on your side, I’d highly recommend properties being sold by Gibbs Gillespie.

However, this estate agent genuinely cares about its clients and puts in the effort to answer any questions and provide help whenever needed.<br><br>I had an especially excellent experience dealing with Daniel Saleem, who is a pleasure to speak to and has made me feel completely reassured throughout the process.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend this estate agent more for the local area. They’re a great option and have provided an excellent service.

A genuinely impressive, professional and personable young man who never tired of us…..he has an unusually excellent manner and got to really understand what we were looking for….he actually listened to us ! And, he never wasted our time. He maintained a warm, friendly and incredibly professional manner throughout the extremely long process and we couldn’t recommend him any higher….and we are not easy!!

We recently sold our property in Golders Green through them and were really pleased with the service we received from start to finish.<br><br>Richard was incredibly helpful throughout the process and, when we ran into an unexpected complication during the sale, he was always on hand to offer advice, get involved where needed and used his knowledge and local connections to help move things along. His experience of the local market really showed and it was reassuring to have him involved throughout the sale.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to use Houseman & Holmes again and would happily recommend Richard and the team to friends and family. Thank you for helping us get the sale over the line!

But the way Ray guided and helped us throughout the whole process is something we really can’t thank her enough for. From start to finish, Ray not only guided us properly through every step but her polite attitude and the fact that she was always approachable made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable for us. I would say she is a real asset to Elliot Lee. Keep it up Ray, and thank you so much for all your help and support!
