13th May 2026 (6 days ago)So far, my experience with Connells has been excellent. Liam Archer, the Residential Sales Manager, has been professional, courteous, and very accommodating throughout. Despite a last-minute booking and a delay on my arrival, he patiently waited and ensured we had plenty of time to view the property without feeling rushed. He answered all our questions clearly and has kept me well updated since. I also spoke with Scott in Liam’s absence, who was equally friendly, helpful, and efficient in addressing my queries. I’m pleased to say my offer has been accepted, and while there are still steps ahead, everything has gone smoothly s o far. I would happily recommend Connells based on my experience.

He was incredible at communicating with me throughout the process. Best estate agents in Crouch End - would recommended to all!

We originally bought the flat through them years ago and didn’t hesitate to return when it came time to sell. The Parkheath team are responsive and supportive for both sellers and buyers, as well as being genuinely local. Selling a home can be stressful, but Sam & Jason made it feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. The wider team procured several viewings and offers on the flat and we’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in NW London.

30th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I had fantastic experience with GG Pitshanger office, I met them firstly in spring/summer 2025, they showed me some houses but at the time I was very unlucky I missed the one I liked. Earlier this year, they helped me found a lovely house on the same street!! I am super grateful for their work. Jo is a wonderful lady at GG, she is super responsive and always provides insightful advices.

The property was handed over in an uninhabitable state - unsanitary, unclean, with waste left in the toilet. It took two weeks to resolve even partly. When raised, they declined responsibility citing a let-only arrangement. Draw your own conclusions about their due diligence

A few things needed sorting after we moved in, and everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and without any hassle. What really stood out was the level of responsiveness and care from Bianca throughout the process. When we needed a new sofa and mattress, both were arranged and delivered within a few hours that same afternoon, which was hugely appreciated. Bianca has been consistently proactive, responsive, and incredibly helpful, and we’ve genuinely felt very well looked after by the whole team at Dutch and Dutch. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

As first time sellers, Foxtons weren't our first choice estate agents, having been told local ones would be our best option. After no luck and generating little interest for over a year, we shifted to Foxtons in the hope that their market outreach might work and it instantly did. Joe and James were great from day one. They helped to generate plenty of interest, were extremely responsive and always happy to help us. As first time sellers, they stepped us through everything clearly and kept the pressure on our buyer. Would highly recommend!
