He handled the formalities promptly, helped move things along without delay, and ensured the tenancy agreement was completed on time. Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. I worked with Eleonora, who was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and supportive from start to finish.
