She was always reachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Communication was always clear and consistent, which made everything really smooth from start to finish. Very grateful for all her support. If you are looking to rent through Greenstone, you’ll be in very good hands!

Communication is easy and issues have always been resolved quickly.<br><br>Lucy, in particular, is brilliant. Communication has always been good, and whenever we needed assistance, they were helpful and professional.<br>Even after such a long tenancy, the process of vacating the property was very smooth and straightforward, which we really appreciated during what was already a busy time for us.<br>Thank you to the whole team at Sonia Estates for your professionalism and support over the past ten years. From my very first viewing right through to completion, Darren was incredibly responsive - I could message him with a question at almost any hour and he'd get back to me quickly with a clear, honest answer. He was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout what can normally be quite a stressful process, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. If you're buying, selling or letting property, ask for Darren -- he'll take great care of you.

They provided great advice, kept me well informed and delivered an excellent overall service. I would definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend their services.
20th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Daniels.<br><br>The flat was advertised as a “new home,” but in reality it was not new, which was misleading from the outset.<br><br>The agent, Joseph, arranged a viewing for 5:30 PM. We had to leave work early to make the appointment, but despite knowing this, he was rushing us through the viewing because he had another appointment afterwards. We were barely given enough time to properly inspect the property. This was particularly frustrating because we had been told that 5:30 PM was the last viewing time.<br><br>We had also clearly informed Joseph from the beginning that we needed to give our current landlord two months’ notice. Despite this, after we submitted an offer, we were told that the landlord could not wait two months. This should have been communicated to us before encouraging us to proceed with the application and offer, especially since our notice period had already been clearly explained.<br><br>Overall, the communication was poor, the viewing was rushed, and the handling of our situation was extremely unprofessional. We wasted our time and had to rearrange our work commitments for a viewing that we were barely given the opportunity to properly attend.<br><br>Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Daniels based on the way this was handled.
20th May 2026 (20 weeks ago)Rented a flat in Islington from Fraser & Co from 2023 - 2024 with lots of maintenance issues. No hot water for the first 5 weeks. Items left behind from a previous tenant. Freezer drawers coming apart.

What could have been a long and stressful experience was made smooth and efficient thanks to their professionalism and support. They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

Just 1 or 2 time . I have so many problems about new property- 12th Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Daniels Estate Company, particularly Mason Beaumont and Hydar Alhakim.<br><br>From the very beginning, we felt that the process was not transparent. We sent numerous emails and left several messages requesting a call back, but our attempts to communicate were repeatedly ignored.<br><br>As a result, we lost a significant amount of money, and the buyer of our house also suffered financial loss. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.<br><br>Based on our experience, we would **not use Daniels Estate Company again**, and we would **not recommend them to anyone**. We expected a professional, transparent and responsive service, but unfortunately that was not our experience.

Throughout the years, they have always been extremely helpful, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. Communication is excellent, and I always feel confident knowing that my property is being well looked after.

12th Apr 2021 (5 years ago)If you want to waste your time and not get any feedback, use Dexters. In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.
