The team were highly responsible and responsive, and communication was always prompt and clear. They helped ensure the transaction progressed very smoothly from start to finish, which made the entire process much less stressful. Whenever there were any issues or questions on my side, they were quick to follow up and communicate efficiently with the seller to resolve them. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.

He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and constantly went above and beyond to make sure everything moved smoothly and quickly.Paul was always chasing up my solicitor and mortgage advisor to make sure things were getting done on time. Honestly, I think he worked even harder than I did to help me get this house! She was proactive, kept me informed throughout the process and was always approachable and professional. She was also very knowledgeable and if there was ever anything she didn’t know, she was honest about it and took the time to find out rather than giving vague answers - something I’ve unfortunately experienced with other agents. My only criticism would be that the original listing could have been clearer regarding the ownership and rights surrounding the courtyard. Aside from that, it was a positive experience, I'm extremely happy to be in and I’d happily recommend Gemma!

8th May 2026 (24 days ago)This housing association is clearly not being run by professionals. I have been chasing them since June 2025 and have received zero response. We are now well into 2026, and they have shown no courtesy or accountability in addressing an issue that they caused. I have never spoken poorly of any staff before, but I have to be honest: this housing association has demonstrated a level of service that is worse than the worst. I wish I could give 0 stars.

14th May 2026 (18 days ago)Dane at Oaks in South Norwood was a breath of fresh air - yes most agents can be annoying and hard work and yes its part of their job! Dane made this whole slightly painful process as good as it can be - he was communicative (sooo important), thorough and i felt he was honest as well and I built a trustful relationship with him. Would def recommend using Oaks and would use them again although not planning on moving again for a while!

4th May 2026 (28 days ago)I would highly recommend Marco as the first contact person to deal with in this agency. He was professional, helpful and listened to my p.o.v. However I can't say the same for the branch manager and sales progress person. Both were very biased for the seller and parochial in their views that I felt I was continually up against the agency for every negotiation. As a seasoned landlord I would not chose to work with these individuals if I had a choice. 5 star for Marco though.
