Within hours, Nellie had arranged a valuation. The team even spotted and resolved a boiler problem that was causing an alarm to sound—something the previous agent had never flagged.<br><br>Nellie clearly explained how Acorn would market the flat and present it to prospective buyers. Their knowledge of the area and straightforward approach gave me confidence, and after comparing three local agents, I chose Acorn.<br><br>Within two weeks, they had secured three qualified offers, all within the agreed price range and one at the asking price. Nellie talked me carefully through each offer and helped me make an informed decision.<br><br>The legal process was slow, but Nellie and Hannah did a fantastic job of keeping it moving, chasing when necessary and helping to unblock issues whenever things threatened to stall. We spoke to four different estate agents in the area, and it was clear from our first meeting that Stanfords’ service was knowledgeable, professional and proactive. Throughout the process of selling our flat, both Alex and Grace were an absolute pleasure to deal with and were extremely quick and thorough with all communication. If you’re considering selling a property in the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We rented our first home together through Martin and Co, and had a wonderful experience with the whole team - notably Annabel and James.<br><br>Renting for the first time can be nerve wracking, and we’d heard all the horror stories about unresponsive managing agents and other issues, but you’ll get none of that with Martin and Co. We stayed in the same property for three years, and this was largely due to the peace of mind we had from our interactions with the team.<br><br>Always quick to respond to any queries we have, and incredibly helpful through any rare teething issues with the flat. The team really care about their tenants and the properties they manage and it shows.

They were honest and realistic about the price and expectations, which gave me confidence from the start and made the whole process straightforward.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Nathan Robinson, who was absolutely superb throughout. He was courteous, friendly and professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.<br><br>We would happily recommend the team, and particularly Nathan, to anyone looking to sell their property.

Having had an underwhelming experience with a national agency they were in night and day in their approach thanks to Graham and Michaela. Frank advice about what I needed to do before my flat was listed. Brilliant marketing materials and stunning photography. I admit, I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell then(!) but they attracted serious viewings and I got an offer I couldn't refuse a week after my property was listed which I wasn't expecting in this market. Michaela then stayed on side throughout the flat sale, checking things were moving, liaising on questions and offering support (and reassurance!). All the way to completion. These guys know the market and don't take their clients for granted. If you're lucky enough to be selling in their catchment area, I don't know why you'd use anybody else. Totally earned their (very reasonable) commission.

Charles is super attentive, responsive and so friendly and personable. Anything I needed, any question I needed answering (and I had a fair few), Charles was always there to help with a smile. Thanks to Marriott Vernon I have found my dream home and I'm so appreciative of how they dealt with the process (and me!). Also special mention to Alison & Ian who also assisted me in the progression of the sale - both super lovely and helpful. I would highly recommend this agency. I myself have worked in the industry for over 14 years and can confirm this is one of the best agents around! Thank you Marriott Vernon!
