Their team is consistently responsive, very professional and supportive; ensuring everything is handled smoothly. I would particularly like to mention “Jimmy Castle”, who was exceptionally helpful and approachable. He consistently was chasing up on the issue with my flat’s ceiling for almost 2months, to ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible, which I am truly grateful. I would highly recommend Sovereign House to anyone whois looking for a reliable service.

I unfortunately had some major plumbing issues at my property. She quickly and competently handling everything on my behalf, keeping me updated as often as necessary. She really helped to alleviate the stress of a difficult and potentially very costly situation, and I could not be happier with the result. Everyone I’ve interacted with while using their services have been friendly, helpful and attentive. Exactly what you want from a property management service.

19th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Never seem to know what they are doing. Phoned up chasing my deposit back to be told by a girl I don’t have one! Everyone on the phone seems confused apart from 1 man. Eventually my deposit was in my bank but they never called me to tell me. Very unprofessional. Glad I’m not with them anymore.

Mark and team in contrast lined up a tonne of viewings within days of the ad going live. I had an offer the next day. Mark kept on top of the process all the way through, oiling the wheels throughout to keep everything on track. A safe and reliable pair of hands. Definitely recommend.

Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was warmly welcomed by a friendly smile from a lady seated at the desk to my right. As I approached, she stood up, extended her hand, and said, “Good morning, I’m Ammie.” Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of a wonderful relationship. The level of service, patience, and efficiency we have experienced has been outstanding. You have made us feel comfortable and at ease in the properties we have rented. Any maintenance issues have always been resolved promptly, and all inspections and upkeep have been handled professionally and on time. Larkham and Pike have now placed us in a second beautiful property, and the transition from one home to the next was smooth and swift. A special mention to Agent Ganesh, who was very professional, responsive, and helpful at every step. He explained everything clearly, arranged viewings promptly, and ensured the handover went smoothly. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended.
