24th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Defensive, uncooperative and plain rude in some cases. Not to mention charging excessive amounts for admin fees most agencies wouldn’t come close to. Please avoid especially if you are a tenant. Unsurprisingly most of their 5 star reviews look fake.

If you want to rent your house out this is the place to go. If you want to rent a house this is the place. If you want to buy or sell this is the place! Amazing staff amazing service.

5th Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!
16th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

Each member has been courteous, helpful and professional, in particular Diana Mutafova has been exemplary in her dealings. She's always remained accessible, kept a cool head and maintained professionalism during very stressful and challenging instances. The service provided by this team to me has been faultless resulting in very good work in achieving a sale. Thank You.

When all other elements of my selling/buying experience were incredibly painful and longwinded, Simon was steadfastly helpful, patient and on-the-ball. 13th May 2024 (8 days ago)April are listeners and grafters. We had a really rubbish buyer with a previous agent, and we thought all was lost, but one night walking past a for sale sign, we noticed Aprils branding. We then looked at their web page, their social media and we thought to get in contact. We first met Erik, who was calm and confident. He let us go with how we wanted to market the property and it really didnt work out. He then flipped the tactics and within hours the calls flew in and we had an offer within 2 weeks. Through the sales processes, we hit a few rough points, but April persevered, pushed and advised which really got us to the completion line. We will never forget the hard work and effort Erik, Ezgie and Ela put in to helping us sell the property. 1000% recommend these guys to sell your property, and if your fence, take a leap; April wont let you down. Panay was great in terms of liaising with all parties involved and handling enquiries in an efficient manner. He represented himself professionally and is a credit to Highcastle Eststes. I am over the moon as my completion date is the 15th March 2024. I can not wait to pick up the keys to my new property and meet the team at the Goodmayes Branch.
