24th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)I have both purchased and sold four properties through Chase Buchanan and until very recently also rented a flat via their services. Since 1996 I have called upon their knowledge and expertise and at no time been disappointed. I have dealt with the Twickenham, Hampton Hill and Teddington offices and have always found them helpful, professional, courteous , but also retaining a sense of both calmness and humour throughout what is often a stressful time . Only once did I use local "competitor" and soon regretted it. Chase Buchanan offer an excellent and well informed service. Tom Fleming

9th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Gascoigne Pees were brilliant from start to finish with our somewhat elongated property sale (in no part down to Gascoigne Pees I should mention!) Phillip Bullman was the agent we conducted business with primarily and he was always friendly, helpful and professional with advice and assistance throughout. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to sell. Thankyou everyone who worked so hard to get this over the line and am sure I will use them again for any future property transactions which may arise.

4th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)Dexters acting somewhere between the management and the agent even though the landlady broke her own lease and sent a series of rude emails following. Upon URGENT INSPECTION it turns out most of the issues were from her lack of maintenance (landlady from HELL), mainly the landlady’s fault but dexters have really only been helpful when it’s suited them or my dragon landlady. I would never rent from them again, avoid- they do not cater to tenants! If there was a place to review private landlords I would post there to name and shame & avoid this happening to any other tenants!

14th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Imagine you’re travelling the world for a year. Would you rent out your lovely home to be managed by a man who once had a day job defending the country in frigates, destroyers or submarines or by a youngster in a shiny suit who defends a corner table in The Armpit Arms on Fridays? A complete no-brainer! And 14 months later, what was the experience like? Without doubt, words like “efficient” and “reassuring” come to mind whenever we ask ourselves the question. It meant that if problems arose (and with human beings they always do) we were swiftly told about them and, soon after, how they had been sorted. Other times we were supported with periodic updates to kept us in the picture about how the house was running. Two examples: the long and detailed handover checklist, both leaving and returning, was calmly organised on our behalf while cleaning services were arranged without having to lift a finger. Would we call upon Greenwoods again – of course. Would we recommend them to others – mad not to! Chris & Jacqui

17th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Emma and her team excelled once again in both the constant advice, support and reassurance given, but also with her patience with both ourselves and with the complexity of the chain. She remained positive and proactive throughout and continuously provided re-assurance and good advice at all times. I would imagine that our purchasers are equally impressed with her service to them as much as we are to ourselves, as it was her tenacity to make the sale/purchase happen that got us all through this otherwise very stressful sale We have now used Emma and her team twice now and I can't imagine a situation where we would ever use anyone else again, even if we were trying to sell/buy in the Shetland Islands ! Emma and Robert Leech are a wining team and a team that you will want on acting for you, sale or purchase Highly recommend ! (Again !) 100% commitment and quality of Service.....Always !

From start to finish, they were professional, attentive and made the house buying process bearable! However, I must give a special shout-out to Serena, who truly went above and beyond. We viewed numerous properties with various agents, but Serena stood out as exceptional. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and her knowledge was unmatched. She effortlessly answered all our questions and made us feel completely at ease. Beyond her expertise, Serena's personable nature made the experience enjoyable and memorable.

31st Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)The chap who we first saw seemed very straightforward and easy to deal with. He didn't seem to be trying to impress us particularly, just being straightforward. He was probably in his forties and had been in the trade for quite a while and was the owner of the Seymours franchise which we thought was a good sign. He was never pushy throughout the process and his team members were of the same ilk. Straightforward, easy to talk to and helpful. Once the house went on the market they got a lot of viewings in in a short time, so they were obviously good at attracting potential buyers. Oh, and I was offered 1% commission + VAT without even have to negotiate. This was important, but the overall feel of Seymours was more important. Communication was generally good, it was easy to talk to someone when I needed to.

When all other elements of my selling/buying experience were incredibly painful and longwinded, Simon was steadfastly helpful, patient and on-the-ball. We were able to have subsequent viewings of the property after our offer was accepted, and Simon was always happy to give us a call or answer our questions. Massive thanks!
