27th Aug 2024 (7 mo. ago)Featherstone Leigh tried very hard to sell the property but at the moment it has been proved difficult to sell anything. Of the three agents involved in trying to sell the property they were by far the best in getting prospective clients to visit the flat and the information they gave to the clients. They are also very pleasant to work with.

James was constantly chasing for us to keep things moving, always available on the phone and keeping us in the loop. Definitely made a difference in getting us over the line in time for the stamp duty deadline! Brilliant service.

Will and Joe ensured we were always updated with everything that was going on in that long chain we were involved in. From Day 1, they were super friendly, supportive and helpful and made sure we managed to move into our new home without any hiccups. A special shout-out to Joe who was resourceful and always had a Plan B or C for every situation and was a calming influence on us. 10/10 would recommend them eyes closed if you are buying or selling!

4th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Dexters acting somewhere between the management and the agent even though the landlady broke her own lease and sent a series of rude emails following. Upon URGENT INSPECTION it turns out most of the issues were from her lack of maintenance (landlady from HELL), mainly the landlady’s fault but dexters have really only been helpful when it’s suited them or my dragon landlady. I would never rent from them again, avoid- they do not cater to tenants! If there was a place to review private landlords I would post there to name and shame & avoid this happening to any other tenants!

Our viewings were bunched up with multiple other viewers, they rescheduled and cancelled confirmed viewings we had with no notice or communication and seem to list properties for wildly over what other local (similar) properties are listed and sold for. While one agent we met with was professional and helpful, some of the others were the complete opposite.
