She was approachable, efficient, always willing to deal with questions, and nothing was ever too much for her. She offered good advice and I felt she was part of our team too. Even after completion she was in touch with us and helpful. I would highly recommend Lauren.

From the outset, Sarah was incredibly attentive to what I was looking for in a rental property and her communication was always swift, clear and thorough.<br><br>Once I found the property I was looking for, Sarah walked me through the entire process step by step and her consistent clarity meant nothing felt opaque or too complex. 24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

From the first viewing Liz was very responsive, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. As the purchase progressed she was always very transparent and communicative and we never felt out of the loop. In what is always going to be a stressful experience she made it as straightforward as can be. Also kindly provided some excellent recommendations on other professionals we ended up using for conveyancing and surveys. Exceptionally professional and can't recommend her highly enough.
