3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Jakub Lasia was my dedicated agent at Barnard Marcus, and honestly, 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough for the level of service he gave me.<br><br>Moving to London from wales was already a really stressful experience, but Jakub went above and beyond from beginning to end. I actually initially missed out on the flat I wanted because another offer went ahead, and I thought that was the end of it. Jakub didn’t just move on to the next client, he remembered me, kept following up, and when the original offer didn’t go through, he made sure I had the opportunity to secure the flat. I’m now moving into what genuinely feels like my dream home, and I really don’t think I would have got it without his persistence and dedication.<br><br>What stood out most was the personal touch. At no point did I feel like I was just another name or another client. He remembered the little details, checked in with me more than once without me having to chase him, patiently answered my endless questions, and made sure I understood every stage of the process. He genuinely made me feel like finding the right home for me mattered to him too.<br><br>Having dealt with quite a few agents during my search, the difference was honestly huge. Jakub was consistently warm, positive, reassuring and incredibly hospitable. Even when things were stressful, speaking to him immediately made the whole situation feel much more manageable.<br><br>That same warmth carried through to the rest of the branch as well. When I went on to discuss my offer, the manager was equally welcoming and friendly, and I left the discussion feeling completely at ease with the agency and my decision.<br><br>Just an all-round brilliant experience. Professional without ever feeling impersonal, incredibly dedicated, and genuinely kind throughout. Jakub is an absolute credit to Barnard Marcus and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Gillian was incredibly helpful throughout - nothing was ever too much trouble, and the whole experience felt genuinely personal rather than transactional.<br><br>The communication and follow-up were excellent from start to finish, and Gillian consistently went out of her way to make everything as straightforward as possible. A real pleasure to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and the Mountgrange Heritage team.

The whole team are extremely professional, honest & knowledgeable. They often go above and beyond, offered in a friendly way with a genuine commitment to help. Unfortunately, the agent forgot the keys to the house, which cost me almost 2 hours of lost time during the work week. I understand — things happen. But I can't recommend this agency to others. I hope they improve their checklists — maybe QR codes for keys with in-app checks, like delivery services use, so nothing gets missed or mixed up.

When we began our search, we enquired with a number of agents and he was by far the most informed, knowledgeable and responsive.<br><br>It was clear that he really knew the properties we visited, as well as the local areas and market conditions (no “I’ll need to go away and confirm that”). If we did ask anything obscure, he was quick to find the answer and get it to us promptly and clearly.<br><br>Our search was made so much easier by Jonti. He knew what we were looking for, and respected our time by only showing us the properties which met our specifications. He has, in our experience of dealing with agents, a rare and admirable quality which is not to oversell listings. The phrase “no BS” springs to mind. In the end, he found us a great property, and we were delighted to make an offer on the same day, thanks to all of the information Jonti was able to share at the viewing.<br><br>Throughout the sale, Jonti was calm, responsive and reassuring. He never rushed us or encouraged us to make decisions solely for the sake of progressing the sale. Instead, he helped us make informed decisions at every stage, and we always felt confident in the advice he gave. His level of judgement and maturity made him seem far more experienced than his years in the industry would suggest.<br><br>We asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and Jonti never made us feel like we were a nuisance. He was always happy to answer them thoughtfully and thoroughly, even when we were discussing the finer points of the contract towards the very end of the transaction.<br><br>Thank you, Jonti!

Special thanks to Russell, Andy and Denise. Living overseas the Whitman team have made my life so much easier during the renting and selling phases. From collecting mail to arranging vendors to finding tenants and a buyer. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to deal with. Thank you very much !
18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with this agency. The staff are unprofessional, overstep boundaries, and still fail to provide even a basic level of service. Communication is poor, the attitude towards clients leaves a lot to be desired, and the overall organisation is terrible. After this experience, I would definitely not use them again. I do not recommend this agency.
7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)My first time ever renting in London, and I did it while relocating from overseas, so I really didn't know what to expect. Joel made it easy from the very first viewing. He talked me through every stage properly, from the offer through referencing and the tenancy agreement, and he came back to my questions promptly every time. He was especially patient with all the awkward paperwork that comes with moving countries. I never felt like I was chasing him for an answer, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Having someone this responsive and reliable on the London end made an enormous difference. I'd recommend Joel and Jonathan Arron Residential without hesitation.

24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

James was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process, taking the time to understand my requirements and liaising with the landlord whenever needed. His support made what could have been a stressful and time-consuming process feel much more straightforward.<br><br>Communication was excellent, with quick and helpful responses by both email and phone whenever I had questions or needed assistance.
