Andreas and Jakub did a great job in letting my flat again and found me some great tenants.<br>I’ve been using them for the last few years and the process is seamless. They are super responsive, professional and I always get a reliable service which is much appreciated. I would strongly recommend having Jakub or Andreas as your letting agent!

They are definitely the experts in the area and were able to find two solid buyers quickly. They then followed the purchase through efficiently. Furthermore they are a nice team, who work well together and are readily available. I would definitely go back to Finlay Brewer again.

15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I have been very impressed with the professionalism of David Webber in the Marsh & Parsons Kensington Office. We had a stringent list of requirements, two bedrooms, close to a major park, (Kensington Gardens that is), and the tricky part- a flat that would allow our small dog. We also wanted a Concierge as we travel quite a bit. Also, add on a lift! David was relentless in searching out a flat for us that met these requirements. Not only did he find one for us, he did it with professionalism, enthusiasm, and to top it off, he is an incredibly nice guy and his genuineness shines through. I highly recommend contacting David Webber for your Real Estate needs! Thank you David!

He has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, right from the very beginning.<br><br>Arun has always been quick to communicate, clear in his explanations and genuinely personable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was always on hand to answer questions and keep me updated.<br><br>A real credit to Romans!??????

Wow , on top of that they are liars. After my response to look unedited photos you never came back to me and now falsely accusing me of “ abusive email” what a bunch of liars
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)We have used Russell Collins since the 1990s - we have bought and sold homes with them, as well as used them to manage a rental flat for us for over 25 years.<br><br>Ray, Dean, Peter, and their teams have always been incredibly helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable with the local market, as well as with all upcoming legislation, and were proactive to ensure that we had the best advice in order that we were compliant. If a problem would arise with the flat, everything would be taken care of asap - their excellent service and communication made for happy satisfied tenants for us, the latest of whom stayed with us over 12 years.<br><br>We can’t thank Russell Collins enough for all their great service and support to us over the years. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any property needs in the Ealing area, they are the best!

24th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

He is knowledgeable, responsive and pragmatic, and has been particularly helpful whenever we’ve needed advice or support with our rental property.<br><br>Fraser is also very personable and straightforward to work with, which makes a real difference. We’ve always felt we can pick up the phone or drop him an email and get sensible, helpful advice. Very happy to recommend him.

He took the time to understand my requirements, answered my questions clearly, and made every stage of the process from arranging the viewing through to completing the tenancy and moving into the property straightforward and well organised.<br>What impressed me most was his consistent communication and willingness to assist whenever something needed clarification or follow-up.
