Since we live so far away and usually manage to be in London only once a year we needed a professional management agency that is able to look after our place efficiently, amicably, dealing with problems quickly and making sure our tenants are content but also looking after the flat well. We have worked with friendly, trustworthy and efficient property managers and we are especially pleased with our current manager Abida Tasnim!

18th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)We used Martin Flashman & Co. to market our house, and they were extremely professional from start to finish. Unlike other estate agents we had dealt with, floor plan and house details were accurate first-time round, and advice on pricing was realistic and sensible. Their knowledge of the local market was also excellent. As we proceeded, they were very good at giving us feedback (both written and verbal) following viewings and were always available when we had questions as we proceeded our sale. They dealt with a very challenging buyer brilliantly, managing to tread the fine line between being too pushy, and not pushy enough. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend others to do so.
27th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I had an amazing experience with them. Especially my agent Samuel Hall MARLA was great. He was responsive, informative and overall a nice person to chat. I'd recommend Chancellors for overall great service but I'd recommend Samual event more for his efforts.
24th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I rented my property out through Truepenny's and whilst the experience at the beginning to get the contracts drawn up etc. was quite slow and last-minute, throughout the actual management of the tenancy they have been brilliant. I recently had to regain possession of my flat due to a change in my personal circumstances and Myra in particular was incredibly helpful and patient with me during a difficult time, which I thoroughly appreciated. Would definitely recommend Truepenny's for anyone looking to rent out their property in the area!

Communication was clear throughout, and I always felt supported. They have excellent knowledge of the Ealing market, and their advice helped achieve a successful sale. I truly felt they went above and beyond to get the best outcome for me. I would highly recommend Hamptons to anyone buying or selling in Ealing – they are the best estate agents in the area. She made everything much easier and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Her support and organization really reduced the stress of moving. He was always available, returned to the property several times with us, and consistently answered all our questions promptly. Kevin was amazing from the beginning until the end, professional, reliable, and very supportive throughout the process. Highly recommended!
25th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)We instructed this agency to sell our home, but the relationship broke down very quickly due to how the negotiation process was handled. During discussions with a prospective buyer, a counter-offer was communicated in our name without our authorisation. We subsequently received written confirmation of this directly from the buyer. This unauthorised communication had a direct impact on our negotiating position. The price presented to the buyer was below the level we were willing to accept, which risked anchoring expectations negatively from the outset. The situation created confusion for the buyer, who then contacted us directly to clarify matters. At that point, it was clear that our position had not been accurately represented, and we took the decision to terminate the relationship and appoint a new agent. As a result, we incurred additional cost and disruption, including the need to re-market the property and commission new photography. We asked whether existing materials could be reused to mitigate this, but this was declined. We raised these issues formally, however they were not meaningfully addressed. The property has now been removed from their marketing and we have moved on, but we believe it is important to share this experience for transparency.

I do recommend working with him, no complaints whatsoever.
- 26th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)STAY AWAY!! I first put my property on rent with foxtons. the manager at the Margot told me as this was the second property I was letting with Foxtons there would be no charges for 6months. This was a tactic to get my business as when the tenant was found they only wanted a 6 month let. I was told the next tenancy the discount would be applied. However, when the time arrived Margot stopped responding and then I was told that the deal was finished and they could not uphold this. As they ( Charlie) found tenants I went to foxtons again, big mistake. The tenants were awful and Foxtons did not help at all. Once Foxtons took over £5k for their fees from the rent they did nothing to help the situation with the tenants. The tenants then tried to place legal action based on misrepresentation of the property that Foxtons advertised. When I alerted Foxtons , Foxtons have tried to put the blame back on myself. I have asked for the managers details 3 time via email but still do not get it. I have request a SAR so awaiting this as Foxtons has said I did not inform them that the roof was not demised the flat ( which I did numerous times). All I have asked Foxtons for was to refund me the fees from now til the end of the tenancy so the tenants can leave ( as this is their preference) but Foxtons refuse. Honestly stay away.
