13th May 2026 (7 days ago)I feel a bit sorry for the people working here - I think they're encouraged to uphold predatory practices. When trying to find a place to rent, I feel that they don't listen to your requirements and insist on showing you things £200-300 out of budget or against other requirements you may have. Some landlords may accept lower offers, sure, but I doubt they'd accept hundreds below asking. It becomes a waste of time for both agent & prospective tenant. It makes it almost impossible to find somewhere you're happy to rent because they don't follow the requirements you've given them- 15th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)My first contact with Nasradin Hussein was several months ago. I registered my interest in purchasing a new home and he listened attentively as I gave him my specific requirements. I was never bombarded with calls or emails, instead he only called when a house that fitted the description I gave him, came to the market. After the second call Nas found the perfect property for me. He made himself available for more than one viewing at a day and time of my choice. My offer has recently been accepted and I am absolutely delighted that the process has been painless (apart from the wait to hear if my offer was acceptable). I highly recommend Nas and his team for their exceptional personal and professional service, that was delivered with care and attention to detail.
