Our property was not selling, due to a number of factors, but Lawrence Rand were the one agent who kept us informed all the time. Jess in particular was especially proactive. We finally completed the sale in January 2026, after 18 months on the market. I feel this would not have happened if we had not engaged them.

We worked with Eloise, who is on track to deliver a successful sale and has been confident and reassuring throughout, including through some twists and turns. Dexters' presence in our neighbourhood is notable and the team seems to know the area well.
24th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)MISREPRESENTATION COSTING HUNDREDS IN LEGAL FEES - Absolutely appalling experience. This is the second time I’ve tried to work with this agency, and both times the information provided in the listings has been completely misleading. • First, a studio advertised at £325k was pushed on me as £350k (apparrently the sellers would only take £350,000 but advertised it at a lower fee, fully wasting my time), with the agency claiming falsely that the space could be divided when a studio structurally can't be turned into a one bed, particularly considering how small that specific property was • Second, another property explicitly advertised as a share of freehold—confirmed multiple times by the agency, on the website listing AND on the Gov.uk title register—turned out to involve a proposed underlease, not the actual title, - NOT EVEN A LEASEHOLD - after I had already spent hundreds of pounds in legal fees to open the case as they refused to let me see the documents beforehand. This agency provided misleading information that caused unnecessary costs. Not posting in my name to protect my privacy but I would not recommend this agency to anyone and will never use them again- 21st Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)Everyone knows it's a painful process to get a property in the UK, but Tianna is really helpful, professional and responsive, follow up with all the queries we had, explained us everything about the property we saw with her. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and kept us well informed at every stage, which really gave us confidence and peace of mind. Her friendly and approachable manner made a big difference, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I would highly recommend Harlie-Jade to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient letting agent. A genuinely positive experience from start to finish.

In 2025, we purchased our home through them and were very impressed with the experience. Ian Cattle managed the sale and was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. He struck the perfect balance between presenting the house in a positive light while remaining honest and transparent. Because of that experience, we chose Carter Jonas to sell our own home, and Ian was brilliant. He took the time to really understand the property and the local area, and his proactive approach meant we secured a buyer quickly and smoothly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carter Jonas and Ian Cattle to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy estate agent.

He kept us informed every step of the way and, when our buyer started to mess around, Rakesh stepped up and got things back on track. He was even contactable outside of office hours when we needed him — that kind of dedication goes above and beyond what you'd normally expect from an estate agent. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

That positive experience is the reason I returned. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. I made an offer on a property and, although the offer was accepted, the manager, Alex, showed no real interest in selling and was very rude and dismissive throughout the process. Due to this unprofessional attitude and poor communication, I decided to pull out of the purchase. They were thorough, professional, responsive and really pleasant to deal with. They also unusually got to know our unique property really well and showed a good understanding of who the right buyer would be. Adam helped us hold our nerve when the property didn't sell as quickly as we hoped due to the difficult Autumn 2025 market and advised us correctly that there would be a bounce in the new year when we got 3 offers. Catherine was incredibly diligent and proactive in moving us from offer to exchange in 8 weeks. They went above and beyond. Incredible.
