When things got a bit stressful he adopted just the right approach. Am very grateful for how he helped us and would have no hesitation to recommend him to others looking to buy or sell.

Everything was dealt with quickly, clearly, and without any stress or headaches. The move went exactly as planned and communication was excellent at all times. They made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and smooth. I genuinely appreciate all the help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent.

As I lived far away, it was a huge relief to know that Frosts were on hand to deal with any issues. When the time came to sell my house, I received outstanding service from the Sales department, and a sale was agreed and completed in a timely manner. 30th Jan 2026 (10 days ago)We happily can recommend your Administration Team of Kerry, Krystyna and Sam who steered us through a very difficult change of tenant who left our property in a poor condition. Kerry was brilliant in tracking down this elusive tenant and taking it to the TDS and retrieving the full amount. Both her and Krystyna carried on with their help and advice in our pursuit of the damage the tenant had done which had been over and above the deposit figure. Sam was great at collating the evidence, which was finally settled in Court after nearly two years in our favour. We have rented out our property with Northwood for the past nine years and we have always been given great service by all of advisors in that time. Venetia and Bill Seale

Ron was incredibly attentive, proactive, and went above and beyond at every stage to ensure the process ran as smoothly as possible for both parties. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. His dedication and commitment genuinely made a stressful process far easier. After searching for around six months and viewing multiple properties with different estate agents, I still hadn’t found the right place. I then made an online enquiry about a property that had unfortunately already been sold but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because that’s when Wendy stepped in. 3rd Feb 2026 (6 days ago)They say bad news travels fast but I believe good news should travel even faster, whilst my buying journey is just in its early stages, the experience I have had to date has been extrenely genuinely . My initial phone call was answered by Jack, and having coming from a sales background I find myself spotting a 'sales process' a mile off, which usually shows itself in the form of an over bearing and quite frankly off putting interaction that a lot of companies operate with. This is not the case for this company. Being able to actually have a genuine conversation with a considered person who's main concern was to find out more information so he could simply help me better. Sincere and refreshing. Whilst we havent found 'the one' yet. I have no doubt in the future we certainly will. Thank you Jack and Akeman
