He was proactive throughout the selling process. He arranged multiple house viewings leading to a quick sale and finding a right buyer. I was impressed by his professional approach, time keeping and clear communication. He promptly answered calls and messages, keeping us informed about every development. He is the agent I did recommend to our family friend, too. Their corporation also resulted in a successful sale of the property.

25th Mar 2025 (8 weeks ago)The keys were given to the buyers without our consent, even though we had instructed them to hold off until the full set of keys was received. Glenn, the area director, released the keys, and Jamie, the branch manager, shifted the blame onto the solicitors and us for their unprofessional actions. If the area director and branch manager act this way, what can we expect from the rest of the team?
16th Mar 2025 (10 weeks ago)As a tenant, finding a home with Joel has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had in London. Joel is professional and took time to explain the ins and out of the property and of the market, even taking time to explain rental laws in detail. It has been a pleasure getting the tenancy sorted from viewing to signing.
Enjoyed celebrating my nephews 21st birthday with afternoon tea. Sandwiches, cakes and scones were all delicious. All the staff were very polite and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. A special thank you to Chris, our waiter and Andrew for the tour.

28th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Paul Markey unfortunately let the team down. I’m presuming he’s just started his career so his inexperience has resulted in some poorly judged, unprofessional behaviour. Real shame as we initially liked Paul and mentioned giving them more business in the future yet definitely one to avoid now sadly. Context - We decided to proceed with another property that was on sale with a different estate agent instead of Paul’s property. He wasn’t happy… “Thank you for wasting my time and also now having to have a very awkward conversation with my owner…. Lets hope for your sake you don’t get messed around like we have but if there is such a thing as property karma it may well happen. Think we can end this here” No commission on this one I’m afraid ????

Very professional as during our looking process some agents were nightmare to deal with, so we very appreciated her for being such a helpful agent. Would 100% recommend to use Fairfield. Also Tiffany was very nice and helpful too. Great agency.

Wendy did what she said she would, found a buyer quickly at a sensible price. This Estate Agents are the ones to go to to sell or buy a house.

From my very first contact with Alan, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for me. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. I was kept in the loop every step of the way, and the team were always on hand to answer any questions, offer advice, or chase things up when needed. What really stood out was their personal touch and dedication. Selling a property can be stressful, especially living abroad, but Alan and his amazing team made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Their local knowledge of Watford was a huge advantage, and I truly felt I was in safe hands.
