The staff are very professional to us I can only imagine how helpful they are for landlords. If we were property owners we would definitely go with home and castle. They are based in polegate and from day one when we enquired about the property right up to todays inspection of the flat, we have had absolutely no problems whatsoever. Only good things to say! ???? it has been the easiest estate agents to deal with. They go above and beyond to help us tenants. They respond very quickly to enquiries and emails, despite being busy at times. Beccy is wonderful. Emily is wonderful and Tracy is wonderful. We hope that if we do rent elsewhere in the future (Probably not because we love our home) but we would be happy to deal with Home & Castle again as tenants. They are responsive. Professional. Organised, reliable, punctual, good communicators, most of all they are warm, friendly and smiley. Sociable professionals who definitely have all customers best interests at heart. Thank you for all you do for us. S

As a first time buyer buying alone, it has been wonderful to have such dedicated support and care throughout. 27th Mar 2025 (28 days ago)Despite viewing the property 3 times, plus going back when the surveyor was present, the agents were accommodating and very professional and friendly. Everyone at the agents responded quickly to any queries I had but notably Lorraine must be mentioned as the person who stayed focused and nudged everyone in my chain along, to completion. Completion was fraught because of bank failures on the day, however the agents kept the momentum going well after closing time on the end of the month Friday closing hours. For that I am so grateful and very appreciative.

Rafael, Carolyn and the entire team were efficient, approachable and quick to act on whatever needed doing. A huge thank you to David too. His calm approach and good communication skills were just right in keeping both parties on track and sailing gently into port! Personally we can highly recommend Oakley Lewes and will raise a glass to the team on completion day.

19th Apr 2025 (5 days ago)My wife and I used Mansell McTaggart when we were searching for a property in Uckfield area. It was Callum who was helping us, and we cannot praise him enough! We were on a tight schedule, and Callum managed to arrange a viewing at short notice; he was very supportive, knowledgeable and friendly throughout, and ultimately negotiated an offer that was acceptable to us and to the vendor. All our calls and emails were answered promptly, everything was being done to high professional standards, and on the whole we felt that we are in very good hands. We would like to thank Callum and his colleagues for their effort and can whole heartedly recommend the team at Mansell McTaggart.

22nd Feb 2025 (9 weeks ago)Sarah, Leanne and all staff at Cranbrook were brilliant at sending round masses of viewings and persevering after offers were withdrawn. They gave us lots of valuable advice throughout and were always readily available to discuss any issues that arose. We would have no hestitation in using them again.
11th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Absolutely terrible service, don’t know what they are doing, push you to the point where you get frustrated with them, then they use that as a reason to be rude on the phone. Advert said communal parking…..now being told it’s allocated, which is fine but the lady was very rude about it. Had to chase the inventory twice a week for a month…. Then it said a window was working that was not…. Before we rented the building we were promised someone would contact us to repair a hole in the wall….guess what NOTHING had happened. I will not be using this company again it’s just the worst

Sale has gone through very quickly and Aidan has been keeping the chain in check and following up. Thank you!

We were a little apprehensive about selling at first given the property's condition but David was enthusiastic and encouraging throughout the process. Was told in depth about the property which we ended up purchasing with Dan who was supportive and helped us as first time buyers throughout the stages and has been a massive help. Georgia has been amazing, so polite friendly and helpful. Darren has been amazing too, at negotiating deals with sale and purchase last thing on Thursday before the Easter weekend, and I was literally over the moon with how he handled things. I would also like to mention John who took some welcoming photos which attracted my buyer very quickly, and Jo Strevens who I first spoke to on my initial visit. I highly recommend Oakfield Heathfield.
