She could have just given me the details to do it. I wish all receptionist were like her. Well done we need more receptionist like her.

25th May 2024 (22 weeks ago)As seller, I had to chase up everything..they did not put any effort in my sale...even viewings were done unprofessionally..feedbacks sometimes texted, if at all.. hopeless.. i would say too many properties on their books

3rd Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)Consummate Professionals with that human touch: Leanne and her team at Savills in Cranbrook were alongside us all the way in the sale of our house, offering personalised, calm and knowledgeable advice (& never pushy in their approach). We found everyone involved to be fantastic from start to finish, from Russell, Chloe, Katya (viewings were seamless) and Sarah who regularly picked up the baton. Leanne in particular, went above and beyond in seamlessly coordinating it all and our exchange process, always sensitive to our personal circumstances and timelines. We fully recommend them and would use them again. Thank you all!

Tom Hogger in particular has been a great help in sorting out our mortgage for our new house, securing us a lower rate whilst we waited to exchange and getting our offer extended when we faced delays in our chain. Can't thank them enough for helping us through this stressful time and would highly recommend to anyone needing a mortgage broker!
11th Oct 2024 (12 days ago)Absolutely terrible service, don’t know what they are doing, push you to the point where you get frustrated with them, then they use that as a reason to be rude on the phone. Advert said communal parking…..now being told it’s allocated, which is fine but the lady was very rude about it. Had to chase the inventory twice a week for a month…. Then it said a window was working that was not…. Before we rented the building we were promised someone would contact us to repair a hole in the wall….guess what NOTHING had happened. I will not be using this company again it’s just the worst

Ben and the rest of the team in Battle Office couldn't have been more helpful. charming and professional. It was the first time I've bought a property on my own and I felt I was in very safe hands throughout. 13th Oct 2024 (10 days ago)I’d previously been on the market with another agent for 3 months and hadn’t sold, so I decided to give Crane & Co a try. A bit more expensive than other agent’s commission rates but well worth it! I had an open day and sold within days! I can highly recommend this company for their services and the marketing of your home. The images and video presentation was brilliant. Amy initially dealt with my sales progression however after going on maternity leave I was smoothly handed over to Lynn, who was an absolute star!! The communication was timely and kept me up to date, sometimes on an hour by hour basis! If you’re thinking of using an agent, this is the one to use! Thanks to all involved.

What can i say about Open House, Richard and Neil are two very dedicated hard working guys nothing is too much trouble and they work late keeping you informed. We spent 4 years trying to sell our 7 bedroom house with as many agents over the years who lost interest then we tried open house it wasn't easy but these guys worked hard for us and succeeded where all the others failed . There is no loss of interest with them they keep at it with the same enthusiasm as at the start Will definately use them again and would unreservedly reccomend them to anyone who needs a friendly dedicated team that delivers.
