16th Oct 2024 (8 weeks ago)Renters/ Tenants make sure you are in the first batch of any viewings on properties you are interested in as you will be told it doesn’t matter and all applications will be considered. Not the case, applications are sent on a day by day basis and if enough are received your viewing will be cancelled on the day.

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

Throughout my time as a tenant, Heritage were responsive and communicative over email. They looked out for us as tenants and ensured that we knew how to care for the property. They were also quick to address any issues we had.
3rd Jun 2024 (6 mo. ago)I found them unprofessional on two or more occasions and cancelled my contract with them at the first opportunity. Since then I have moved to another Agent, but Michael’s told a potential buyer that the property was sold, although they knew perfectly well it wasn’t. That is just spiteful in my opinion.

23rd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Huge thank you to both Peter and Samantha for being absolute angels during the most stressful move ever! They were beyond understanding and accommodating when things went wrong multiple times and didn't end up getting to view the place before moving in, but I really felt like their work ensured that I wasn't getting any less in terms of service. Thank you especially to Samantha who was so kind and waited for me to get my cat up to Colchester by train after my movers let me down twice. She is such a kind, lovely person to have been in contact with for this, and I wish her all the best!

After a significant incident at our Bardfield Road house, Connor stepped in and provided unwavering support at every stage. From the moment the issue arose, he was proactive in addressing our concerns. He arranged for multiple plumbing companies to tackle the extreme hot water problem, ensuring it was resolved quickly and efficiently. What impressed me the most was his dedication to finding alternative housing for us during this challenging time. Connor's commitment went above and beyond. He was always available to answer our questions, whether it was day or night, and even while he was on holiday. His responsiveness and genuine care made a stressful situation much more manageable. In a world where customer service can sometimes fall short, Connor truly stands out as a remarkable professional. He is not only highly skilled but also an incredibly good person who genuinely cares about his clients. Thank you, Connor, for all your help!

I want to say a massive THANK YOU to Donna (Colchester branch) she is the best estate agent i ever dealt with since i moved to the UK. When i called to arrange a viewing Donna was really helpful and welcoming asked me a few questions to confirm my eligibility and that i meet the landlords requirements (I really find this useful so we wouldn’t waste each other’s time) then arranged a viewing the second day straight away, going for the viewing she was there on time she was knowledgeable about everything related to the property, she was really helpful during the referencing checks everything was fast she was always in touch and now i moved in and honestly this was the best and easiest experience i had. Thank you Donna???? Highly recommend agency and really professional agents.

Craig and his team were superb throughout , making sure that all issues were resolved and ensuring that all our chain managed to complete on the required day. I definitely recommend Fine and Country for purchases in this area.

From the first visit to her home, she felt comfortable in their company - they knew the area well, were professional and well prepared. As a result Chamberlain Phillips were able to secure the best deal for her house. They kept in touch with my Mum throughout the sale process and we were grateful when they negotiated a good deal on the property she was buying, something we could not have done ourselves.
