Aimee was fantastic , and made the whole process easy and stress free , and i would highly recommend her and Paul Meakin to anyone looking for a property . Very pleased overall with everything ????????????
3rd Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)I do not recommend as a management company. Previous negative reviews I noticed seem to dissappear. They claimed PM lettings is a separate business and made a different Google page, even though it's all under the same roof, same staff and same website!! No other estate agent does this. And PM stands for Pollard Machin! Ignore emails or just stop replying and do not take maintenance issues seriously. Have to resort to calling in which they confirm they received emails but never explain why you are always the bottom of the pile. Mike seems to be the worst at this.

21st Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We were really disappointed with the service we received selling our house through Maguire Baylis. The minute we had buyers on board, we were forgotten. We had to get all of our information through our solicitor and the estate agent we were buying our new property through. It came to completion day and they didn’t even call us to say we had completed. Again, both our solicitor called us with congratulations and the estate agent we were buying through. I found this level of care so disappointing. A few weeks went by and after everyone I had spoken to was shocked by this, I decided to give Maguire Baylis a call to see what actually happened and why we were so forgotten. I received an apology on the phone and told I was going to be emailed… the email never arrived….
16th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)After letting my South Croydon flat through Bairstow Eves and Countrywide for 40 years, it is now time to sell. For the last year and a half Leon De Freitas has been the property manager for the flat, and I wanted to use this platform to recognize, publicly, his formidable service in this role. He wrote to me to introduce himself upon taking up his appointment, and from that moment on he has been the most wonderful supporter and colleague imaginable. Proactive, enthusiastic, and utterly reliable, he has the patience of Job, and my property could not have been in better hands. I thank him most sincerely for his professionalism, integrity, and dedication to his position, and I have no doubt that he has an exceptionally fine future in real estate ahead of him. John Trapé

We would like to say a huge thank you to Beth and Amir who were extremely professional and answered any questions we had promptly! They were absolutely amazing and made our experience smooth and stress free as first time buyers! We are truly grateful for all of your hard work!
15th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)By far the worst agency I have ever rented from. Was left with a leaking ceiling in my bedroom for several months with minor support from the carter and reeves and they continuously choose to ghost us instead of dealing with issues. When they did book repairs in we would usually have less than 12 hours notice, and received significant attitude and rude comments if we weren’t available with less than 12 hours notice. The only way they would fix things is if we threatened to get external support or not pay rent. I suggest staying very far away as renting from them will severely impact your mental health. Michael especially was inaccessible and barely answered when we reached out. I suggest not renting from them if you want to maintain your sanity.

16th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I moved into a rental property only to find out few months after moving in that the lettings manager M. Ismail failed to disclose to me that the property was also on the market to be sold. Unethical knowing this and not telling me before signing lease, moving in and buying furniture for the space. Not illegal, but definitely unethical. Proceed with caution with this company.

24th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

Their communication was outstanding from start to finish — always keeping us updated and making sure we were fully in the loop at every stage. They clearly understood the right type of buyer for our property and didn’t waste any time. In fact, within just one week of signing up with them, they successfully secured a buyer. Their professionalism, efficiency, and responsiveness truly set them apart. Unlike other agencies we’ve dealt with in the past, where getting a call back felt impossible, Natalie and Amber were always available to speak with us whenever we needed. Their dedication and commitment made the whole journey smooth and stress-free. A huge well done to the team — we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Highly recommended!
10th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)POOR MANAGEMENT and failure to provide Full tenancy file including the documents of All referencing documents or confirmation that none was sought Guarantor documentation or confirmation that none was sought Inspection logs or confirmation that none are available -one after 9mths-much damage to the property All compliance certificates and dates of service -failure to issue the correct and necessary documents to the tenant resulting in a void section 21 Complaints handling records - failure to respond to complaints Internal notes relating to the tenancy Copies of all communications with the tenant They redress scheme membership details - YET TO KNOW IF THEY BELONG

The apartment was perfect, any issues that have occurred were quickly resolved, signing and referencing process was easy and quick, they were flexible on payment methods and always replied in the matter of minutes. Having experienced other agencies in the area, I can genuinely recommend them and say that they are much more better than others.
4th Mar 2026 (29 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.
9th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)Kenyons have been managing our rental property, a one bedroom flat, for over 12 years. We chose Kenyons as we wanted a family run estate agent that cared about finding the right person for our property as opposed to just chasing the commission!<br>Last year we decided to sell our 3 bedroom family home as we were down sizing and we did not hesitate in giving the property to Kenyons. We were constantly updated with viewings and feedback (we didn't have many to be honest) and when an offer was accepted, the sale went through smoothly and quickly.<br>The whole team at Kenyons have gone above and beyond to assist with both our rental and with the recent sale of our property.<br>If you are looking for a highly motivated, caring and professional team, then I highly recommend Kenyons.
30th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)We had a brilliant experience selling our flat with Michael and Thomas at Integra. After a really frustrating period with another estate agent; where our flat in Blackheath just wasn’t getting the right viewings and things had completely stagnated, Integra were a breath of fresh air. From the start, they gave clear, honest advice and completely repositioned how the property was presented. The virtual tour they created was excellent and made a huge difference in attracting the right buyers. Very quickly, we had strong interest and multiple offers within a matter of weeks. Michael in particular was fantastic throughout the sale process. He was proactive, supportive and really helped keep things moving; especially during some trickier moments where his calm persistence made all the difference. What really stood out is that they genuinely live up to their name -bringing integrity, transparency and care to what can often be a stressful process. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
