Doug was a lifesaver doing a remote viewing for my flatmate and I and answering all our questions. The rent they were asking for was really reasonable and there was no betting war required between us and other applicants because the focus for them is having trustworthy tenants rather than just whoever has the most money, which I didn't think was possible in London! Hayley and Scott were great as well. Definitely recommended if you want a reasonable estate agent in London.... Read more

I am not one to write reviews but after engaging Bairstow Eves to buy my first property, I felt compelled to leave one. A special thanks goes to Tenaha Taylor who was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. She walked me through the whole process and was on hand to answer all of my questions and put me at ease with any concerns I had.
