2nd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I sold my house through move Revolution and Harvey was my main point of contact. I had initially used another etste agent for the sale but had 1 viewing in 3 months so decided change and very happy that I did. I was going through a divorce too, Harvey was brilliant from start to finish and very understanding of my circumstances. I had a smooth transaction and my house was sold fast and without any issues. Thank you very much Harvey and the team.
10th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We moved into our rented house, paid deposit and advanced rent. As soon as we moved in the boiler broke down. We have been over 5 days without heat and hot water. The plumber who they sent advised us that extensive works should have been done to the boiler prior to us moving in .Jasper and Emma at Redhill Connells mannerisms towards us has been one of "We'll get it repaired when we can" The landlord offered compensation not enough to cover even the cheapest of hotels , when we argued this point and mentioned litigation proceedings, Emma came back with a threatening email that we accept the offer before end of day Friday or it's off the table. We are now on Sunday still with no heating or hot water. We have contacted the council Environmental health department about this so they are aware of our situation. We are a full time working couple. I urge any one reading this to think carefully before using Connells, their nonchalant, threatening tactics are so completely unacceptable ,when they have tenants who have been without hot water and heating for over 6 consecutive days. Please take our ongoing experience and use another firm of estate agents who care about the health of tenants living in properties that they manage. We have a paper trail to confirm all that has been sent in this review.

Communication between all the parties was brilliant for the start ensuring that the sale/purchase kept up momentum & within 4 months the sale completed. Would certainly recommend Robert Leech if you are looking to sell your home.

3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

They kept us up to speed with every step of the process. The process is all online so it is easy and smooth. It was our first experience buying a property and they really delivered when it came to the quality of the properties shown and customer service experience. We worked with Luke and he was fantastic, really proactive and kept us informed through the whole process, we completed in less than 11 weeks (including Christmas holidays) so very efficient. We would definitely use them again if ever looking to buy another property.
