14th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)They think it's ok to dump their signs in a communal bin area, which won't be collected by the council, and the residents have to deal with it. This is not the first time, the last sign was left dumped for months until I had to break it down and bin it. They take 5 minutes to put them up however! They also just leave their cable ties littered on the floor when removing signs (after attaching it to a road sign which is also not allowed but seems to be frequent practice) Lazy and inconsiderate to other residents and getting quite annoying.

9th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Dealt with Mark Waldron on the sale of our house in Riverhead. I would highly recommend both Mark and Knight Frank. Right from the initial valuation appointment, mark gave really solid advice on how to maximise the marketing of the house to achieve the best price in a reasonable timescale. This was in summer 2023 and a difficult market to sell in. Knight Frank got lots of interest in the house and had multiple offers. This was because we followed Marks pricing advice and they put together some really lovely photos, brochures and adverts. We did have issues with our first buyer, who messed us around. Mark spotted this quickly and he was replaced with another buyer within a week. Mark has supported us through the post sale process, always happy to help speak with buyers, solicitors and other agents. If you are serious about selling in Sevenoaks then I highly recommend you talk to Mark and his team at Knight Frank. Thank you

We had a lot of bumps along the way (due to both our management company and our buyer's solicitor), but Craig went above and beyond to help get us across the line. Thoroughly recommend them.

2nd Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)I used Jackson-Stops to sell a flat in Oxted, on behalf of a relative. I was very impressed with their service, especially since this was the second agent I had tried. Stuart gave realistic advice about pricing, which led to an almost immediate offer, and Jenny was very persistent in dealing with various complications that arose during the sale process. Stuart and Jenny were both helpful, responsive and professional throughout. I strongly recommend Jackson-Stops.

He was attentive, professional and knowledgeable and helped us in all things to do with our commercial lease. He assisted us in our rent review and other matters. Best service

Lauren from reception just put the phone down on me, very unprofessional.

20th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)Worst estates agent in london. These people are racist they don’t rent for only local. They took my deposit and took 2 38 days to back to me. I lost very good houses because of these guys promise. Lack of knowledge people working avoid avoid this people. Very poor communication specially their concern only money not tenant happy or not . 23rd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I would highly recommend Ralph James. We ended up using this estate agent after trying unsuccessfully to sell our house for two years with another estate agent. Kelly sold our house quickly and both Kelly and Tom helped us purchase a new house. It felt like more than just a business transaction with Kelly and Tom, it was a personal service and they both genuinely seemed to care. I could not recommend this company enough.
