31st Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I found myself thinking, 'What good deed did I do in a past life to be so fortunate to connect with such an excellent real estate agent, Antony, in the unfamiliar city of London?' He found me the perfect flat within my budget, and all of his feedback was prompt, clear, and very friendly. With the infrastructure of the long-established Hamptons agency and the skill of the experienced professional Antony, my rental process was completed without any issues. If you need real estate services in London, I highly recommend you save time and go straight to Antony at Hamptons.

She was super helpful when answering all my questions and was really responsive during the application process. She made time for viewings out of hours and made sure she was flexible to work around my work schedule, which isn’t often the case with other agents. Scott was professional, knowledgeable and highly motivated, and we instantly knew we'd made the right choice. Lloyd did an amazing job finding us a committed buyer and achieving full asking price. The sale was seamless, and we couldn't be more grateful. We can highly recommend Chestertons and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

The agents (particularly Alexa) could not be more helpful and have assisted us with our move in and any problems that have arised swiftly. As students renting is never the easiest but Interlet have made our move a pleasant experience.

17th Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Video footage of a BMW I3 driving recklessly nearly made an old chap crash the car the guy had to pull over and had to bring himself back as he was in that much shock. On top of that the guy had two kids at the back with no belts on no car seats furthermore they was play fighting at the back of the car. If there’s a email where I can send the footage I’m more then happy to if Sterling can deal with the situation accordingly the video would not need to circulate all over the media BMW I3 RX19 KYO

I highly recommend Kate Brookfield - she is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and altogether delightful! I found the whole purchasing process to be a supportive one. I know if I ever choose to sell, I'll be contacting Kate; she is fantastic! Thanks again for everything, I love my new home.

18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
