30th May 2025 (21 days ago)Worst service I have used. They sent me a viewing appointment, I confirmed it and arrived on time to discover that they cancelled it without even notifying me. They didnt call or email and wasted my time and efforts. Will avoid anything with their name on it from now on.

They organised viewings in a manner that minimised disruption to us but maximised the number of potential buyers. Would highly recommend Faye and her team.

20th May 2025 (4 weeks ago)We sold our property with great help from staff @ Winkworths Kingsbury , I liased with Lauren,Shilpa,&Kevin each one of them kept me up to date @all times, they were very professional nothing was too much trouble for them & they went that extra mile , also worked very closely with our solicitor whom was also excellent Manisha Gadhia @ Mills Chody ! I was delighted @ how quick hey found us a buyer .I would recommend them to anybody as we were very pleased & grateful! Thanks Breeda

2nd Nov 2024 (7 mo. ago)Stressful. Over optimistic re likely offers , poor advocate for us, appeared to be on buyers camp. Had to set deadlines in the end for the buyer and the agent . we pulled out when they failed to meet agreed deadline the third time after a reduced sale price was agreed. Our solicitor was mightily unimpressed. Then miraculously all went through swiftly after we pulled out.

23rd May 2025 (28 days ago)Great experience with empire chase. Right from viewing to sign the contract pretty much smooth. Would like to call out Nazz, who was super helpful at all times. He came out of his way to find over me keys when I had lost my keys , late in the night. I would recommend this agency for any property management requirements in Harrow.

8th Jun 2025 (12 days ago)The house is mostly fine, rooms are not as spacious as expected, the garden without fence is raising some concerns, but in general is all good and as location is pretty far from any underground station but good connection to buses. Thank you Jay for taking time to show it to me.
