I didn’t know the area at all so I was going in blind and ended up viewing the flat following a suggestion from the agent. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for! There were numerous delays due to a break in the chain on my side but the support and communication from the sales progression team was great and although it took longer than expected it still didn’t feel too stressful!- 23rd Oct 2018 (5 years ago)Matt Davies of KF Henley was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Starting with sound advice concerning the current market and a realistic sale price for our house, Matt’s knowledge of the process, his thoughtful approach and much needed guidance was invaluable. Our cherished home achieved the asking price which, in a difficult market, was amazing, and Matt helped us navigate potential problems along the way. 31st Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Absolutley amazing! From start to finish, Hunters looked after us, knew our requirements and did not push for anything else. Iain and Sean are so personable, in fact the admin team were amazing as well, Caroline and Elizabeth were great at communicating. All of them worked so hard with our solicitors to ensure a succesful sale. Would highly recommend, and if we ever move again we would 100% use these guys (although I cannot imagine wanting to move as Hunters helped us purchase our perfect home and also sold our old house too)

Amir regularly informs us on developments and is always available to discuss strategy and advice with absolute transparency. He has an exceptional knowledge of the local market and is always polite, respectful and understanding.

We particularly found the method of keeping in touch via our own WhatsApp group to be effective. Thank you ever so much once again.
4th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Disappointing customer service as a potential tenant. I had a viewing at a property, and was advised to email any queries about the property, which I did that evening. As I didn't receive a response, I sent the same query to another 3 email addresses I had over the next few days, to which I received no response. The property was then removed from their website, reappearing about a week later saying it had been let.

1st Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)The verbal valuation that we received was £25K higher than the valuation that we received on paper from Oakleys (24 hours later). After one month with lots of viewings but no offers we decided to change agent and accepted an offer above asking price within 3 days of being on the market. They have a good reputation in the area but we were disappointed.

He gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision, which is really great when you are new to something and don't know what you don't know! I would recommend Jake and the team to anyone looking to rent out their property.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
18th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)Deakin White were efficient and proactive in searching for properties for me. Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and he has always been at the end of the phone should we have any questions. He has been very informative and helpful. Thank you so much Max.

25th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)I have to say renting with Regents of Berkhamsted has been fantastic, they have been on point with everything they do and provided such a tenant like myself and my small family everything we needed. never a problem when anything broke down or needed fixing. I was with them since September 2012 and just recently moved back to London for work reasons and a marriage break up. Definitely living the dream as they say. Rental properties here go like hot cakes in Berkhamsted, so you are dead lucky to get one in such a prestigious Town like this. Well moving on I would like to say renting with Regents has been a pleasurable experience for me and I would like to say they are the best Estates Agents by far in the area. Thankyou to all the team there who have supported me for over a decade. ps. I know where I am coming back to buy in future when I reach retirement age, until then all the best!!
