21st Aug 2024 (15 weeks ago)I am very pleased and happy to write this review that Mr Darren Wild, the mortgage Consultant of the Barnard Marcus/ Sequence Group has done my mortgage application successfully. I was the first time property buyer and I have 0 ideas how to find property, price bargain/ making offer and a good mortgage deals. Mr Darren helped me a lot by advising all the steps and he is very friendly, professional and wide experienced. I strongly recommend him.
27th Aug 2024 (14 weeks ago)Featherstone Leigh tried very hard to sell the property but at the moment it has been proved difficult to sell anything. Of the three agents involved in trying to sell the property they were by far the best in getting prospective clients to visit the flat and the information they gave to the clients. They are also very pleasant to work with.

Will and Joe ensured we were always updated with everything that was going on in that long chain we were involved in. From Day 1, they were super friendly, supportive and helpful and made sure we managed to move into our new home without any hiccups. A special shout-out to Joe who was resourceful and always had a Plan B or C for every situation and was a calming influence on us. 10/10 would recommend them eyes closed if you are buying or selling!

Anna M was very friendly at our viewing, as well as Sam who helped us in the first stages of our house purchase. However, throughout that process, Linnea kept relentlessly sending us new options that would fit our search criteria and was very proactive at arranging viewings. The communication was very professional and we truly appreciate all the assistance we received.

Indiana provide key advice on what to do to maximise the rental value and had her promotion strategy formalised the first time I showed her the updated property. Her strategy worked as the property was taken within three days of listing. Seven days later, all background checks and paperwork were complete. Greenwoods ensured everything was taken care of, landlord insurance, inventory, walk around with the tenants. I trust them to provide ongoing management of the property including collection of the rent. Great to deal with, can’t recommend them highly enough.

I was a first time seller and they made it so easy and accessible. Nick was the one I met first when he put me on the books. Then along came Chris, Max, Jason and of course Nathaniel. They were all such a friendly bunch that I felt comfortable about being able to make contact with them at any time. Nathaniel was committed and professional and made himself so available to answer any queries that cropped up, which were many! So 5 stars guys, you earned it!

Struggles throughout the lower part of the chain tested all of our patience, but they dealt with it perfectly, chasing everything to ensure a smooth completion. Highly recommend Seymour’s blackwater. We started the process of putting the property on the market at the end of April & it was all wrapped up and completed by mid August. I used their West Byfleet office and dealt mostly with Dan/Daniel. He constantly kept me updated, he was constantly chasing solicitors for updates. I truly felt like I didn’t have to do anything myself - I was in capable hands. I’ve never felt less stressed selling a house! I can not recommend Dan at Sterling Akroyd at Byfleet enough. Amazing service all round!

We didn’t feel they were pressuring us, but they did ensure that we set a realistic and achievable asking price. At all times we feel that they are working with our interests in mind, and being transparent in their negotiations.
