   I purchased my house in August 2023 and it is now November 2023 and I am just writing this review for Laurels. The moral of the story, even though 3 months have gone by, no day has gone by where I have not felt gratefulness towards Laurels for their absoutley outstanding service in helping me during the sale process. April in Sales Progression Team – Thank you so much for your help, dealing with me ever so kindly. Providing me with your support during such a difficult time. Thank you for your utmost patience in responding to emails, calls and voicemails. Constantly chasing the matters for me and most importantly never ever losing your cool and always extending a warm ‘hello’ on the phone, even if you were calling me for the 4th time in the day.    If I could give them 6 stars I would. Sold a buy to let today managed by Javed Gunny and from beginning to end it was like my flat was just as important as the rest of the million pound properties they deal with. First class service throughout. He was contactable 24/7, professional, polite, friendly and really just a joy to speak to all the time. Javed was also such a huge help/part of the conveyancing process and I know the buyers appreciated him also. My only regret is that I wasted time with other agents prior to them. Their photographers are great too. Will defo be using them again shortly. Well worth their commission (which is reasonable anyway!).... Read more

   I cannot express how excellent the service level is from Tyron Ash. I hadn’t heard of them before we started the process of our purchasing our house which was being marketed by them. From the very first conversation with Kyra Naomi we could tell she was professional and personable. As the sale progressed we hit a lot of issues along the way. Our own estate agents and our buyers solicitors were particularly inefficient and this is where Kyra stepped up. A super efficient agent who goes above and beyond to get the job done. Her communication is first class and she worked tirelessly with all parties to accomplish the end goal. Yes it took a lot longer than planned to complete, but I honestly believe the chain would have broken if it wasn’t for Kyra’s diligence and tenacity. Without doubt we would use Kyra the next time we sell our property! She is an amazing asset to the company and can’t thank her enough for her hard work throughout the process!... Read more
