13th Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)does absolutely nothing for the landlord. tenants caused damages to property and I have to give proof which no pictures were taken upon let. was not advised to do so and basically everything is sunny days when u first approach them and plenty of assurances. does nothing at the end of the agreement and tenants refuse to leave to add to frustration. call them up hardly answers the phone or on leave all the time. besides from taking a considerable ammount of fees from you along with hidden charges ( beware ) they do nothing.

After an initial market appraisal, we had several positive viewings which culminated in us achieving a sale price in excess of the valuation.
