This was not a prime property with a huge fee awaited. Nonetheless, the service was consistently attentive and pro-active. Many thanks also to Todd who organised all viewings smoothly and helped secure the final offer.

22nd Oct 2024 (8 mo. ago)Even though Sadaf and her manager, Jamal (from Foxtons Camden), did a good job in helping us find a flat, Foxtons should be more cautious in selecting landlords and their agents and in helping active tenants. We have been having a lot of problems with Citidwell and the landlord Samut Limited. I really don’t recommend a tenancy with those companies. I believe Foxtons is able to find better landlords and agents as commercial partners.
4th Jul 2025 (6 days ago)Update- I have now sold a flat through Paramount (as well as previously had them managing tenants and leasing of my flat) and I can't recommend Paramount highly enough. They just do things differently and better. Despite being based overseas and in a different timezone, the team went out of their way to communicate with me and involve me in the process. Everyone there works as a highly efficient team with their own specialty areas. Very grateful for the help of Adam, Harrison Jamie, Mehul, Sandro and Suzanne for all their help with the sale and getting the flat ready and Spencer for helping manage all the refurbishments in the beginning.

They made securing my new rental really straightforward. It can be stressful finding a place to rent, but they made it smooth and hassle-free. Abdul, Reece and the team are very helpful, quick to respond on email and have the interest of the tenant and landlord at heart. I recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area!

2nd Jun 2025 (5 weeks ago)I sold my flat in Archway with JTM Homes. Jason is exceptionally knowledgable about the local area and the likely prices that are achievable (in fact, he sold my flat to me 14 years ago!) That knowledge led to me achieving a price above the marketing price within 3 days of the property going to market. The best experience; and the best local estate agency in the area (in my view). Jason, Ruby and Leah provided a first class service all round.

1st Jul 2025 (9 days ago)Avoid Portico like a plague. The management has changed recently, and unfortunately, it's been a disaster since. They have hired a bunch of clowns , the new Property Manager escpecially - Melissa Alves Meireles. Appears completely unprofessional, service quality has dropped dramatically compared to just two years ago. Communication is poor, and attempts to clarify contractual obligations are met with vague or dismissive responses. Honestly, even ChatGPT could have provided more coherent and respectful responses.

He was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my search. He listened to what I needed and always kept me updated with suitable options. I’d highly recommend Kellan to anyone looking to rent in the area – he made the whole process feel easy and stress-free
1st Jul 2025 (9 days ago)My wife and I have recently bought a flat where Garrison Estates was the agency (we specifically worked with Kay Meshkin-Pour), and they were fantastic throughout the entire process. Kay was an incredibly diligent intermediary between us, the sellers, and the various solicitors. He was also an excellent coordinator with the surveyors and other inspectors we sent and gracefully accommodated any of our requests for information with ease. I would highly recommend working with Kay and Garrison Estates more broadly.

Jonathan showed us around the property and answered all of our questions. Both Jonathan and Athena were clear in what they needed from us for the referencing checks, Athena was able to turn this around quickly. They kept me constantly updated throughout the process, and they were both always available to answer my phone calls. Overall, I would highly recommend their services.
