Absolutely the most capable agent I’ve dealt with during my property search. Would certainly work with him again if the opportunity arose.
20th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Do not move in to properties from Foxtons. I have been living in a mould infested flat for a year— which sent me to the hospital and an independent mould company confirmed the flat was unsafe to live in because it wasn’t properly damp proofed — and they did nothing. When I decided to move out because of the mould, they immediately started viewings of the flat and are now moving someone in when the landlord has no plans to carry out the 2 months of repairs necessary to make it not a health hazard. Beyond that, though, Foxtons has contacted me to schedule viewings of my flat several times when I explicitly told them not to, and when trying to find a flat with them, they offered ones that did not meet any of my criteria and were not on the market. Overall, I strongly recommend not using Foxtons.

21st Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt. Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

He was quick to answer all our questions and took us through all the changes the landlord was going to carry out. Jason kept the same level of quick, clear communication during the application process, ensuring we were updated and informed every step of the way. His professionalism and dedication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Something which we really appreciated in the stressful London market

I cannot thank them enough. Great team. Would thoroughly recommend them.

16th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)As a first time buyer I completed on my flat with Pio as my agent last month and have had such a positive experience with them. Throughout the process from the dreaded bidding war through to renegotiations on sales prices and completion, Pio helped to facilitate multiple surveys, kept up momentum with the sales process and was always responsive to my queries which meant from the sale being agreed to completion was only 11 weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him- he was friendly, open to all questions however small and just a total pro. Thanks for making first time buying that much less daunting!
16th Aug 2024 (10 weeks ago)Using a smaller Estate Agent like Garrisons, gave us a much more personalised experience as opposed to the larger chains that were a lot less personal - response rates were better & having one agent assigned to our property meant that he knew it better.

Our flat had multiple issues with its condition and external factors like building work to the general area but Bailey was very reasonable with us and did everything she could to make sure we were as comfortable as we could be in our flat. 18th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
20th Feb 2024 (8 mo. ago)Excellent lettings, horrible tenancy management. I rented my apartment in 2020 through 'Reliable Homes' which was later acquired by 'Drivers & Norris'. After this acquisition, getting a reply from the agency on any non-emergency issue became a test of patience, though to their credit they would 'eventually' get the issue resolved. Few times this became extremely stressful, for example when it took me 6 months and several emails, including notices of formal complaint to the The Property Ombudsman, to get my tenancy deposit back after vacating the apartment in a perfectly fine condition.

Being new to the city, he was incredibly attentive to my needs and consistently kept me updated with new lettings that suited my preferences. Even though I eventually found a property in a different area that he didn’t service, out of the many agents I worked with, Demetris was by far the best. I can't recommend him enough for anyone searching for their perfect home!
